Great customer service. The best time in my opinion, to go to the gym is late at night when there's hardly anyone in there. A crowded gym equals distractions.

I love it and enjoy going in and working out. There are enough machines for everyone and I love the hydrobed and massage chair after a hard workout to make your muscles feel better.... Thanks Planet Fitness

Always crowded during the weekdays. Weekends less crowded. Seems like everyone is under the age of 25 behind the counter. They are always texting or on their phones. People on the equipment are on their phones texting that you can't get your workout in.

Ehhh. It used to be good but now lazy employees and over worked machines with no care. Trash cans are full of paper towels and trash. The locker room had hair balls and trash. The hydro chairs can be self started so they dont have to help you eith them. I have been to several and this one had gone down hill and FAST. Wont be coming here anymore.

Great fitness facility! I love the environment. Friendly staff. Their app is very functional and helpful. Their family has a great variety of workout equipment. Super stylish and clean locker room, restroom and shower. I think the price of their friendship is pretty fair and affordable. If you have the BlackCard Membership, you can bring anyone (with their ID) to the gym as a guest for free as many times as you want during the week - at least I could, but I wouldn't try it multiple times a day. The following are also perks with the BlackCard: The hydromassage bed never fails to relax me, tanning or relaxation sessions are short and effective, the massage chair also feels pretty good, and you can go to other PF locations too.

I've never really used a gym before. Went here as a guest with my daughter... Great experience. It's true; it's a no judgment zone. Awesome benefit of her membership is she can bring a guest EVERY day. The machines are mostly easy to figure out. The bathrooms /shower rooms are great. They make it so easy..... Can't think of any improvements. AWESOME GYM

Would give it a zero if I could. They have no respect and hang up everytime you call. They also bill you even after you cancel. Such a pathetic place.

Typical PF setup. Clean and not too busy even at 6pm. They need to keep a closer eye on the circuit training area because most people aren't using it correctly and it makes it very hard to do the 30 minute workout

Great experience. New equipment. Personal size classes. Staff is friendly, just avoid Rhonda, I think she is in the wrong line of business.

Been a member for over 3 years and I been in multiple locations. This location has the best equipment of course is a brand new location. I had referred too many people who actually signed up, so I have brought business back to this place and After years of coming here every day wearing the same thank tops, finally the judgment free zone decided to judge me. And said that I couldn't wear that thanktop next time, after I been wearing it for years and nobody had said anything till now. It does pisses the F* out of me having someone come In The middle of your workout and interrupt just for Stupid stuff like that. Why the dont put more attention on people who do not take care of the equipment instead of been criticizing what people wear, this is a Gym you need to be comfortable to workout. That happened before with my backpack they told me I couldn't bring it on the floor. when there is other people doing the same thing and nobody says anything to them. Next time I am sure they are going to tell me to dont wear my glasses or listen to my music.
