Not very accommodating, don’t offer a free class and then ask to charge only because I mentioned my daughter was working out of town so they would have to charge a fee. But she is a Garland resident. Also had to change the time slot after it had been confirmed bc they can’t accommodate more that 2 people per class. I get that the goal is to have people sign up, but dang when its that complicated before you even have a chance to workout. I’m no longer interested.

I would have loved to try this class. They were offering a Free Class for your first visit. I just got back in town from work, and decided to sign up with my mom. There were a lot of issues just trying to get into a class with my mom, they offered to get us in for a later class which was fine. Then the Studio Manager Maddie wanted to charge me for the class. Stating that I was not a local resident. Although I do live within the 15 mile radius of the location which is the policy. Therefore I should have received my first class for free. So I thought it was odd that she wanted to charge me just because I travel for work, but reside here. Probably will not recommend this specific location to friends or family interested in trying. It seemed like a huge inconvenience, not very welcoming.

Been trying since Feb 2023 to get you to turn off subscription. It should not be this difficult. Once done you won’t see me back because of these tactics. Submitted your online form April. There’s your “In writing”. Still trying to charge my credit card. Cut throat sales. Don’t do it.
