24 Hour Fitness

How is the name 24hr fitness but close at 11pm?! Plantation and down south 24hr fitness is actually 24hrs but in urban areas, they close at 11pm. Make it make sense please.

NEVER OPENS ON TIME. VERY FRUSTRATING! I’m sitting here at 5:30 am and no one has opened the gym. The main reason I chose this gym was because it’s 24 hours, then covid hit and it’s from 5-11. Now I have to deal with them not opening on time. I will be switching back to LA Fitness.

This gym location never opens on time. Long lines of members waiting outside. Paper receptacles are always empty and the machines are never cleaned or wiped down by the staff. Reconsider joining or staying as a Member

The Gym Facility has everything you need . I was very happy to joined this awesome Gym . Nestor was very helpful and explained everything perfectly .Great Customer service and price's.

Lady at the front desk was very rude. Me and my boyfriend was cut off by the dude with the dreads he was very rude, we didn’t even get to start the membership. We was trying to figure out what to do when he literally came pushed us out the way and continued to help someone else.

Great gym to workout at, tons of new people everyday to meet. It's also true this is a very busy gum everyday.. unless you go when it's raining then not much people go in, obviously.. but very clean, nice communication from the staff as well.

The main 24 hour fitness I go to is the one in Miramar. This gym is wayyyyy better than that one. Super clean and nice. It's huge and spacious. The only problem I have is that it's still not 24 hours.

The basketball court is disgusting! Main reason I signed up here. I have brought the matter to 3 different team members over my first month back. Not one has dealt with the matter or made the matter seem like a priority. I asked to speak to the manager after the third time complaining, but I was told he was unavailable and given his business card. He happened to be at the front desk at the same moment I was addressing my concern. The team member turned around to him and he told them he was unavailable and to give me his business card for email purposes. The manager and I happened to walk away from the desk in the same direction. I was walking to the treadmills and he was on his cellphone picking up garbage with a claw. It definitely felt like he didn’t care to talk to me rather than he actually being occupied. The basketball court is so dirty that the dust bunnies are getting caught in cobwebs. There are black marks all over the floor that resemble gum like material, created from dirt and sweat and then mashed over and over and over again. How during a international crisis for germs and cleanliness can this be allowed??? Unacceptable

Lots of machine variety and availability depending on the time you get there. Very big facility with alot of diffrent rooms basketball court, swimming pool, another room to do stretching. Lockers in bathrooms its nice a lil pricey but i.m.o better than the other gyms. 24hr is for a more seasoned fitness person so i dont mind paying a little more for the variety. Ive never really had any issue with staff. I also paid for a year in advance to save a little more on over all price. I dont advise doing this if your not dedicated. Enjoy your workout.

I enjoy coming here. The facility is always clean and the staff as well as gym members are nice. I’ve been a member ever since it opened and never had any issues. I appreciate the extra precautions the gym took regarding COVID19.
