It's a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, they schedule only one person to open at 6:30am, and sometimes they are late, with a line forming outside. Today, the employee didn't even show up. The longline of people started leaving around 6:50am.I stayed till 7:10am, and no one ever came to open the building. That's a huge problem.

The Fitness classes are exceptional here. Zumba, Kickboxing, Step Class are extremely fun. The instructors are energetic and fun. Myself and several family members are members here. It's wonderful to take a class and then tone up on the machines after. Great experience.

My issue here is very simple, the manager named « Eric Joseph » treated us INSANELY bad. I am a 24 hour fitness member and iam from out of state, this 24 hours located in 19371 Northwest 27th ave Miami Gardens FL 33056 just upgraded to a Super Sport Club recently and did not even change it on google or on their website. I am only visiting and because i am an OUT of state customer, they could not let me in for a one day trial, which i have never heard of before, they litteraly asked to see my ID which apparently they did NOT like. When i was leaving i asked the manager about his name and he sarcastically said « i can show you my ID as well if you want » like i am not afraid of loosing customers, i am the BOSS. I hope this msg goes to the customer complaint department. That was frustratingly unprofessional. A total BS!! The worst customer service i’ve had being a 24 h fitness customer for more than 2 years.. If in any case, I wanted to upgrade my membership, i would have never done it due to this inadmissible poor behavior from a Manager who reflect 24 fitness culture in front of people. BTW a 1star was just a courtesy!

Nice updated equipment and that is it. Went at night and the girl at the desk was not helpful at all. Her phone was more important than helping me (first time in the gym, since I signed up). Really considering cancelling my membership. I am going to attend a class and see how the daytime staff acts. Expected more than what I received on my first visit!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized, employees just standing around looking clueless. If you are used to LA Fitness, YouFit, or Other Big Commercial gyms you will be highly disappointed. It looks huge from the outside but once you go inside everything feels cluttered and small. Lack of compound Machines, Tiny Turf area, Small Basketball Court (Not Hardwood), and not enough squat racks, power racks. There's only 2 platforms so imagine when it gets hectic.Night hours will definitely need tight security. I can see this location getting robbed or car break ins at some point in the future. Please beware of the sales person tactics, they will do everything in their power to scam you. They will pretend to act friendly, truth is they just want your money and will add on unnecessary fees on top of that.Honestly, this gym is a nice addition but for $45 a month its well not worth it. Just look elsewhere, many better gyms in the area. If you live close to this location, its very tempting to sign up but if you do, you're more than likely not to stay long.

It's a shame. I signed up for a 3 day guest pass on-line which was easy and quick. However, totally different experience when dealing with the sales team (not front desk) at this facility. I came in extra early before spin class to look at the club before joining, it was a terrible experience! I guess I interrupted breakfast for one of the sales associate, he made me feel like I was a bother as he pointed miserably at a kiosk and asked me to "help him out" and fill in the information and he went back to his desk to continue eating. I finished filling out the information as I went looking for him and the rolling eyes as he continued to eat was beyond rude. Finally a young lady assisted me but all she wanted was two friends or family as referrals. She gave me my pass with NO tour, no information, no class schedule information- again, I seemed to be a bother to all of them. One good thing came out of this 3 day pass... I will not cancel my existing gym membership and I will not referee a single soul to this facility. It's a shame... beautiful gym but the staff needs a lot of customer service work. Not even a smile to start my morning. :-(

When I started my gym membership a few months ago, the facility was new and clean. Now the locker room and pool areas are filthy. The steam room has gunk all over and the sauna wood is stained black from dirt. Also the jacuzzi is filthy, I definitely would not go in it if you paid me. Those are the only benefits that this gym had over LA Fitness, so now that they are too gross to use I will head back to the cheaper membership (half the price). Also the women at the front desk seem to have incredibly horrible attitudes.

I was looking forward to working out until I walked in and they informed me if I wanted to continue going there I had to upgrade my membership to $10 more. I am not paying $50 for the rudeness of the front desk and the clutter of machines. Everything is so disorganized. The machines are bunched up and not even by sections. Oh!!! and the trainers look like they hate their jobs! No thank you! I will continue at the Miramar location. Where you walk in, they treat you like family and not an outsider. Even when I leave they make feel like staying! Bit of advice for management, they should train everyone to learn how to run a smooth front desk and avoid having new people walk in and wait 20 minutes just to be serviced. All the trainers where in one corner talking away while staring at me like if I was going to help myself. Not cool and serious lack of customer service!

I've been to many many many gyms in my life from bottom of the barrel to top of the line and I can say this locations is great. Nice staff, no snotty, rude members, good size, it was clean, machines worked. I was offered a 3 day trial and given price options in a very non pushy, non pressure way. (How it should be) Highly recommended!

Seems like they lack collars if one wants to olympic lift. They have yons of cardio machines and a decent amount of weight. They should have 2 more racks if not a full cage. This gym only has 2 squat racks. In general a good place to hit the iron
