I went to check the gym out the girl at the front was no help and told me I had to sign up in order to see the gym . I inquired about the 3 day pass but according to her they don’t allow them at this location but if you ask me it’s because I’m African American

Horrible place! Wont even honor the free 3 day pass to check out the facility first, you just need to sign up. Ridiculous. I’ll stick to LA fitness. Stay away.

It’s 530 am and the gym is still close…. This is just the worst . If you review camera footage you will see people leaving. I love the 24hr experience, but I hate this gym it’s so dirty and need someone in corporate to look into things here. Just pop in at 530 in the morning or 3am in the afternoon.

Filthy and poorly ran. I have major anxiety about gym cleanliness so I signed up for the free 3-day pass to get a feel for the environment. According to the receptionist, they don’t accept trial passes during promotions so I signed up for the premium membership to have access to all amenities. First day was fantastic; early morning everything looked clean and well maintained. Only issue was other members using the sauna/steam room with their sneakers on despite signage advising not to. Next day, I went 2-hours before closing.The night receptionist allowed me to walk in without verifying my membership and the place appeared overall chaotic; people playing their personal speakers, people just hanging out at the machines, paper towels littered everywhere (though I don’t recall seeing anyone wipe down the equipment). After my workout (just like the day before) I changed into a pair of spa sandals and headed towards the sauna. The two young ladies inside were both wearing sneakers and one was annoyingly taking pics on her phone and did not have the courtesy to at least silence the shutter sound. I decided to use the steam room instead and was appalled at the amount of discarded water and Gatorade bottles left behind. It was honestly disgusting and I regret not retrieving my phone to take a pic. When I shared my concerns with the receptionist, he informed me that they did not have cleaning attendants. When I asked who was responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the the gym and ensuring the rules were being followed, he said it wasn’t his job and proceeded to recommend another gym altogether. Needless to say I canceled my membership. If you want ringworms, staph infections, covid and/or cooties, this gym might be the place for you.

Tatiyana is the best receptionist at this gym and every other receptionist there should fallow her example, she is friendly, greets us every time we come in , make eye contact , attentive when we have questions.

At one point I enjoyed going to the gym now not no more. To come to the gym early in the AM and to see the bathroom so dirty, no tissue and just plain disgusting. At that there are no disinfecting spray around (bottle empty) and the gym has all equipment all over the place and paper towels on the floor. At 8am in the morning like come on!!! That is ridiculous and unacceptable. To say that now I’m literally getting sick after coming to the gym cuz bo one is cleaning the equipment or cleaning the gym period. I am a germaphobe and I don’t play about my health. I have been a 24 hr gym member for almost 10 years now and now I am deciding to really thinking about parting ways. This is UNACCEPTABLE

I’m extremely disappointed in how customer service has come to an all time low in Miami. It’s like people really don’t want to work anymore.My partner has asked numerous time last year to cancel his account with this gym and because there was never a manager around, the staff would leave a note for the manager to handle it, yet, still since January he was getting charged for the account after asking to cancel. He called numerous times and no one answers the phone. He went in person today to cancel his account. He spoke to a guy at the desk and the guy said his manager just left, and my partner realized the same guy that left is the same guy who was standing next to the guy at the desk when my partner was discussing his issue. And this guy who just left, the manager, TONY, said nothing when he stood there, he just left. So my partner went and found him in his car in the lot, approached him respectfully and told him his issue. Tony didn’t have the decent courtesy to step out of the car and go inside and help my partner. Instead, he cancelled his account in the parking lot from his car and said he’ll refund him. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that. This gym is already a problem, it isn’t even 24 hours anymore and now you’re making people stand outside a vehicle while you help them because you can’t speak up inside and say “Hey, I’m a manager, I can help you.”Extremely disappointed. My partner is reaching out to corporate about this issue because it’s been on going for some time now and handled poorly in the end. I also hope corporate happens to swing by see’s my review.
