There's cracking in the leather seats on the machines! I want to use the restroom and there was absolutely zero toilet paper and all four stools! When I went to complain the young man at the desk had the audacity to tell me I don't care much about this job anyway it's not my job to fill the toilet paper rolls so I then spoke to the manager or what supposed to be a replacement manager on duty and he told me that the bathrooms get checked in the morning very early and are not checked throughout the day and that's Ludacris! Because I own a cleaning service nearly 30 years and that simply should not be especially for a gym! There is no one there wiping down the equipment it's left up to the actual patrons themselves! The fans overhead are quite annoying! Where as they should adjust the temperature in the facility rather than let fans go over our heads or distracting! There is no one to help you with the machines walking around to assist and me being a new customer and very unaware of the way the machines work! So there is inadequate help in my opinion!

I love working out at this specific location. The staff is amazing including one in particular who is always helping others, his name is Donnie!.Also it's very clean and I love the stand up tanning beds

I've just joint the Planet Fitness gym on Ives Dairy. It was a wonderful experience. The staff made me feel so welcome. They answered every question I asked and was so patient with me. They were really generous and offered me a tour. I couldn't ask for anymore. I am home. Thank you Planet Fitnes.

This is a perfectly serviceable gym except for one problem - the overhead "music" is so loud that you cannot hear what is coming through your headphones. When I have complained, I get two responses: Sometimes the music gets turned down and sometimes the front desk staff says they can't do anything about it because it's "corporate." Which is it? The acoustics are so terrible that the "music" sounds like it's played through a thick towel with lots of static. 90% of the patrons of this gym are wearing headphones and not listening anyway. Recently they increased the volume, and when I complained today the front desk staff said it was MY problem. OK, so now I am taking action. By the way, if you Google "planet fitness music too loud," you can see that this is a problem for a lot of people. If the Planet Fitness at Ives Dairy Road in Miami finds a solution to this problem, I will upgrade my review.

Theres this weird lady in the bathroom begging everyone to leave a review of the bathroom. She forgets and has asked me like 5 times everytime. Walks up to you very creepy. Please stop.And also why arw they always cleaning the bathroom around noon when its very busy?

I went with a free day pass to try it out since it's close, but they really didn't tell me much about the gym until I asked questions. Also there are not enough weight machines. The men cluster in groups and hog the machines and dumbbells with endless reps. Gym could use an expansion to get more machines in.

Everyday I come to this gym and the hospitality is astonding. The manager Cory is awesome, professional and very positive. The workers here are great and they keep the whole gym clean. I'm always bringing people here to workout and they love the gym. This facility is up to par with any of the gym. I would recommend this to anyone I know.

I went in for a visit to check out the gym and I was greeted by Giancarlo. His knowledge of the place was remarkable and he took the time needed to go thru all of which the club had to offer and even invited me to try out the HydroMessage bed, which I accepted and really enjoyed. Thank you Giancarlo for a great tour and thanks to you I am not a happy member at a great gym.

If you want a judgement free gym this is place to go. I go here all the time and I love it with the exception of no decline or incline bench press as well as no dual cable curls (the adjustable kind). All in all it is a good gym and very clean.

I had a good experience training at this gym. The gym was clean and the staff was very nice and polite especially Giancarlo that took his time taking me around and showing me where everything was and how to use the tanning machine & massage chairs. I will definitely be back.
