Worst business manners ever. I’ve been paying for over 2 years this ridiculous membership and I want to cancel it, they wont allow me via phone then I came in person to this store and they telling me that I need to go to Hialeah to cancel it, it makes no sense to me drive 30 miles to cancel something I don’t want any more.I’ve been trying to get this cancel for a long time now and this people are the worst at providing costumer support. Marc and the rest of this ppl have no idea what they are doing and they are literally forcing me to waste my time and my money in order to cancel that should be as easy as a phone call.I’ll be better of calling me credit card company and telling them I don’t authorized any more of this transactions.
