It is nice the worker try to keep up with cleaning . But the members don't help.some machines that were in the stretching and abdoer section are not there

Started here in the beginning of may. Started my Training with Kenny. This is my first time having a trainer & let me just say Kenny is the best. Before signing up for a membership I read the reviews and all I read was how amazing Kenny is and how he steadily helped people meet their goals, and how comfortable they are training with him. I have now learned that Kenny is no longer at this location and it breaks my heart. He is my whole reason for even going to this gym, I went there with Kenny in mind. I am so disappointed in the staff here and I honestly want to cancel my membership & continue with my trainer elsewhere!

Really only came to this gym for the trainer. I needed someone who would work with me and make sure I hit and exceed my goals. Sadly I've been coming here for years and found a trainer only to find out he was let go!! Kenny was the best trainer yall had. Workouts aren't the same without having a very knowledgeable trainer in your corner.

Initially, my experience at this gym was incredible, and it played a crucial role in my fitness journey. I frequented the facility at least four times a week and found it to be a great environment. However, things have taken a disappointing turn lately. The management's poor decisions, especially their choice to let go of their best personal trainer, Kenny, have significantly impacted the quality of the gym. Kenny had a large following and the fact that he is no longer there impacts the sense of community. The outdated machines are a clear indication of their lack of investment and neglect in maintenance. Most importantly, without Kenny's expertise and the equipment he brought, the gym has lost much of its value. The only positive aspect remaining is the community of gym-goers, who continue to provide some support. Overall, the decline in management and equipment has tarnished the gym's reputation, making it difficult to recommend.

I recently went to work out with the trainer Kenny and was told he is no longer employed. As a black card member a trainer is part of the package and he was excellent. The only reason I used this location was because of him, because no one else seems to have a clue about fitness. Now I have to find another gym!

I really am into fitness and love training at the gym. I just started coming more often to this location and recently trained with Kenny who’s very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My experience has been pleasant so far. Looking forward to doing more with him. Sad they let him go he’s a wonderful trainer!

The coaches and staff are awesome and they do a great job of keeping the studio clean and sanitized. Highly recommended
