Lots of changes I have seen since coming back to this gym and I was honestly hoping for the better but in my observation it’s been worst staff is extremely lazy there’s maybe 4 or 5 individuals on one shift yet no paper towels in paper dispensers a lot of standing around and talking and management is just as bad there no leading by example at all the Manager Carlos I’ve witness him sit on top of the counter while on his phone while staff stands around doing nothing and the assistant manager is worst Giovanni stands in front desk eating pizza all day long on his phone while the gym goes unattended I’ve been apart of this gym since it opened and the shift I’ve seen thus far is ridiculous worst when Michelle was manager or worst then dominica these are kids playing house and what’s with this all white and Hispanic staff I’m sure there’s some great qualified people of color there’s literally an all white staff this community took pride and seeing a multicultural staff but now all I see is white or Hispanic which is ok in other communities but this is a mixed community I just think it’s ridiculous and if I have to take this up to the food chain I won’t rest to this is rectified I’m not saying discrimination but trust me the community is observing this this gym is been a pillar in the community and it’s a shame to see a club being appointed to kids who don’t know what there doingAlso last Saturday I came to work out the gym was closed for almost 3 hrs with no staff in sight in all my time coming here I’ve never witnessed thisSomething needs to change

Best Planet fitness in the area. Machines are always in service & clean, management helpful round the clock, and parking is accessible to all.5/5

Signing up to a gym for the first time was a bit intimidating, but using a personal trainer made the difference.My trainer Kenny made what I thought would be a difficult journey,very easy going.Everything was done at a steady pace.Which was what I needed.Since starting,I can see and feel results already (and I'm so proud).Thanks to his knowledge, experience, patience and encouragement I am confident that I made the right choice.

I have to say the most cleanest gym I've been to, Carlos and Victor the best attitude since u walk in, they make u feel welcome every single time. I've been to many gyms and paid 3 times more and I would choose this place over any other. Thank you guys for always keeping the place 100% clean and enjoyable to work out in.

I like this location. My only caveat is that so many weights on the floor, displace but its big.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month because I no longer live in Miami and their lines have been disconnected, I tried sending emails and no one has reached out to me, there is literally no other way of canceling a membership, other locations have tried calling them but they are also not answering. What is a good number that I could call????

I’ve only been going for three months and so far I’ve lost 46 pounds I do not diet I just work out between 1 to 4 hours a day The black card membership is so beneficial because my favorite amenity is the massage chair and the angel beauty which has reduced appearances of my scarring I give it a 10 out of 10 and they have a upstairs secluded part by their office where you can get a peaceful work out and it’s never too crowded up there

Great customer service. Carlos was great. The facility looks really clean and it's not crowded plenty of machines to use.

I had a balance and Carlos was a great help you help me bring my balance up today and was very helpful awesome work love planet fitness!
