Better than decent, 4 power racks, 2 smith machines (the kind where the bar rotates at the saftey stops, which can be bad for your wrists so be wary) a decent sized functional fitness area and 4 universal adjustable cable machines.Gets crowded.

We were guests and members of 24 hour fitness from SF. Front desk was very welcoming and courteous. If I lived in Milpitas would definitely join. Great clean facility as well!

ANOTHER SUPER SPORT FACILITY WITH NO TOWEL SERVICE! Facility has equipments for sports but there’s no towels. I’m paying for the super sport fee w/c the only difference is the additional towel service and there’s no towels whenever I go to all the Bay Area Super sport gyms! Very disappointing when that was the reason why I selected to be in a super sport membership so I don’t have to bring my own towel or buy a new towel(that hasn’t been washed yet and can have the new textile chemical leftovers). I was informed by staff both super sport in Hayward & Fremont that the company is going green and are eliminating all towel services for super sport. I think that’s absurd. Makes me have to rethink twice if I should be continue and renew on my super sport account. Oh and lastly shower room looks nasty. New facility, but the bathroom Doesn’t look like it’s well kept.

So many questions when I use this place. If we all work out here why do people trash the bathroom and make it so dirty? Why did they take away towels? We were sold on it as a service for supersport weren't we? Why have people pushing contraption (sorry lack of a better word) on the main walkway? Why are people talking at the top of their voice on their headset when working out, in their jeans? I like the convenient locations but man the first chance i get im quitting this chain.

Dont like the fact that I have to share the steam room with the men. No towels in the locker. Not much classes in the morning.

I like how open the whole gym is! Looking for future machines too be added though to fill some of the open.
