Does not honor the 2 year membership I purchased at Costco. I had a few months left but they tell me it's expired and won't let me in. Completely useless sales advisor that tells me to email their online support service when they never respond. Consider another gym chain.

Terminating the account has been an unpleasant experience for us as they not only forget to cancel it, but they also withdrew the payment again for the next month. Its impossible to terminate your 24 hr fitness account here lol.. When we called them to get the refund, they said we have to actually go to the gym and get the manager himself to get the refund. I have to go to the facility now for the third time to just to cancel it now... (other times the manager wasn't there or the manager was in a "conference call").

Not worth the money, feels like all the machines are placed randomly except cardio, no wonder staff doesn't gives tour of the facility because there is little order in how machines are placed shoulder, back, chest machines all are scattered. If there were any other gym in the area it would lose many members. And yes mostly manager is not on the floor and staff is engaged on phones.

Great gym! 👍 a lot of space qnd everything is pretty clean! They have a scale that works (at least in the mens locker room) and saunas that are cleqn as well. Gets pretty packed in the evenings like around 5pm but in the mornings and afternoons you can pretty much get to what you need. …

Loved working out here. Good selection of equipment and very friendly people and staff. Only quirk I had was that they could have changed the filters in the water dispensers a bit sooner. Apart from that a neat place to workout!

Great facility. Clean and convenient. Looking forward to returning to 24hr operations.Suggest staff to have members refrain from bringing in self grooming or pedicure accessories into the sauna and steam rooms. Pretty gross to see someone tending to their feet while I'm at the gym.

Why ‘facility’ t shirt guys forcing people to wear shoes when people doing deadlift in the rack?? Would you not bother me and other people if I wear a deadlift slipper?? I have a deadlift slipper but it looks literally same as socks. Management should tell their staffs to leave gym members workout freely what they want unless it annoying other gym members.

I have called 3 times to speak to someone about how to adjust my membership. Each time the system is somehow down. I find it hard to believe that a company as large as 24Hr fitness doesn’t have a working membership system. What sort of confidence does that give its members. Overall the staff is not helpful nor are they understanding in this difficult time. I would suggest getting a small weight set at home before signing up with a pyramid scheme designed to keep charging you and avoiding their customers feedback.
