I don’t often write reviews, least of all for chain establishments. But I really wanted to give this PF location a shout out! I’ve just started getting into fitness and brought a friend along with me to give me a few pointers.The moment we walked in, it felt like we’d belonged to that gym for years, and were warmly greeted by employees that felt like old friends. We checked in (I still needed my member photo taken because the PF I usually go to is so lax that you barely get a nod when you enter, if anyone is even at the desk) and were handled by the nicest people. A bunch of other gym-goers were socializing like RIGHT in front of the front desk so it was a confusing crowd and I didn’t know what was happening/who was or wasn’t waiting. A woman was standing off to the side so I didn’t realize she was still being helped, but she was super kind about my accidental interruption. Once we checked in, the guy helping us fist-bumped us with some hype parting words - can’t remember what exactly, just a genuinely warm, “enjoy your workout, you got this!” encouragement kind of thing. Same thing when we left, along the lines of, “You’re killin’ it! See ya soon, have a great night!”To reiterate, I’m new to the whole fitness thing. Loving it, but man, it’s those little things from people sincerely cheering you on that makes a world of difference and keeps the motivation going. I wish I didn’t live way out in the suburbs, I’d be here everyday! But this will definitely be my location of choice whenever my friend and I work out together! 10/10, immaculate vibes.

This location is very close to my house which is why I joined.The facilities are very clean and there is plenty of equipment for everyone to use.I am a black card member because I like the tanning beds and massage chairs.I think regular membership is $10 a month and black card is $25 a month. Very good price, if you ask me.The front desk staff are great. I really like Mark. He’s always got good vibes.My only complaint about this place, and I’m sure everyone who goes here would agree, the water fountain/water bottle filling station has very low water pressure and makes a simple task of filling your bottle take way longer than it should . I’m not sure if this is something that can be fixed but that’s my only complaint.I’m glad I joined the gym and I make it down there five days a week because it’s so convenient.

Great location not good services

I recently joined this gym, and it has been great so far! The space is big enough that it’s never felt too crowded. I really appreciate staff member Mark, who gave me a tour when I first went in, and now greets me by name whenever I walk in! The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the locker rooms, but it has still definitely been great value for only $10/month!
