I have been trying to cancel for the past 2 months. I have sent a letter (which I was instructed to do) since you can't cancel over the phone. I have called 2-3 times over the past few months trying to just cancel and every time I am promised that a supervisor will call me back and no one does. This is absolutely bad business and I honestly feel really taken advantage of. I have enjoyed my membership over the years but when I say I would like to cancel, it shouldn't be this difficult and frustrating. I have already wasted my own time to write a letter, send it in the mail and call over and over to get my money back. What else can I do?

The gym is fine but other wise it is terrible. I refereed friends with the offer to receive a free month and never received that. Canceling your membership is almost impossible and they make it as inconvenient as possible dispute signing up taking 2 minutes. Customer service is also terrible employees at the club tell you to speak to the main Planet Fitness customer service and they just refer you to the club. Additionally I called several times and was told they were busy and would call me back which they never do. 4 calls later I have yet to speak with someone.

It's convenient, nice staff, not to busy.

The employees here are clearly here just to socialize with one another. They never acknowledge guests as they enter or leave and a lot of times are just sitting on machines, on their phones, or just hitting on girls.

Experienced a negative racial encounter, they refused to provide corporate information & when we found it they did nothing & never followed up.

I've been to dozens of locations. This one is THE WORST.More than half the treadmills don't work. There are very few cable attachments. The hot water in the shower isn't very hot and fades in and out. The locker room is tiny; people are tripping over each other. The gym is so dirty it is disgusting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. People of all types without being judged. I feel comfortable and welcome here

Clean, everyone mind their own business, you’re feel free to do exercises. There al kind of people skinny, fat, tall and short so I feel less judged.

You get what you pay for so it’s obviously terrible. It’s franchised so there’s no accountability and no way to address problems. Staff is next to useless.
