Every time I come here the employees are either on their phones or no where to be found .. tanning beds are always I mean always dirty , I starting carrying sanitizer in my bag to clean my own bed ..and don’t try and talk to them if they are on their cell phones they give you attitude because you interrupted them .. just because this place is in the hood don’t mean you have to hire hood employees .. Do better please

WARNING it costs more than advertised!! With the annual fee and making it near impossible to cancel your membership, you will certainly pay more. I tried to cancel ahead of the next billing period (during a month I had already paid for) and they said I would still get billed for an additional month?! Even though it was before the billing date, and I had already paid for the current month. This was after I tried to cancel both online and over the phone previously, and they said I had to come in person to cancel (which obviously isn't necessary --there is no reason it couldn't be done over the phone). The staff are nice but the customer service and billing process are horrible and designed to make you pay extra

Shame on you. The new employees doesn’t have any respect for their memberships even the manager is unprofessional . Don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected. All my family canceled their membership so all my friends too. . What a rude manager. If you speak a second language you not welcoming here or else you will be treated badly. Go to other places.

Great gym for amateurs, and getting in shape, not a place you can do dead lifts at. I joined because the price is awesome, and was told they where 24hrs. They not 24 hours 😐. …

Only planet fitness I know that’s isn't 24/7. Closes at 9? Still they charge an annual $50 fee. Oh yeah from 5-9pm good luck getting a turn on the smith machine. Really nice staff though.

Great space; can get pretty busy at times, but overall great experience.

New facility, but older equipment that is pretty cramped in the space. It was a 50-50 shot whether someone wiped down their equipment when they finished. Would recommend checking out another PF in the area before this one.

It is an affordable gym. One particular staff member was rude, so I cannot recommend the place.
