dirty and unclean gym. Broken equipment. Goofy dirty trashy looking employees wouldnt let me use the gym because apparently my membership had a different name.

Wish they would get a better benching seats. You can’t do incline with the one here; too slippery and uncomfortable to use. Everything else is clean and new.

Worst gym, dirty gym, unprofessional employees I will not recommend, employees very rude, not doing there job to clean.

Not bad. Fairly clean locker rooms, variety of equipment. The premium membership is good. Like having access to the hydromachines.Location isn't bad. Not my favorite area but still good.My only complaint is that there isn't a scale for people to use. I get that they want to be inclusive but some of us want to see numbers. But it's $10-24 a month. Not bad for a decent gym.

This is such a mediocre PF location - I only come to this one often because it’s super close to home, but I would choose any other Twin Cities PF over this one.The locker room is frequently dirty, broken treadmills and other equipment down for weeks at a time, very often no paper towel in multiple dispensers (or they’re broken)… just doesn’t seem like anyone cares about this particular location.

My locker was broken into and my wallet and keys were stolen here. When I went to the front desk, the people working let me know that this has been happening for some time.Invest in a good lock and don’t leave your valuables..

I just joined this gym and I really enjoy it so far. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable after years of not going to the gym. The only thing that I’m not so keen on is the safety of the location. I was walking out to my car at about 8:45 the other night when a group of three people asked me for money which I declined. Then I got in my car, started it, looked up, and they were surrounding my car yelling at me through the closed windows. Luckily I sped off and nothing happened but as a young woman, this really scared me. I will most likely only visit this location during daylight hours from now on. I understand why this location isn’t open 24 hours.

Previously left PF because staff made a transphobic comment forwards a member. Today was my first day back and an employee was actively making fun of a “fat girl.” So much for a judgement free zone. Be better people.

Friendly staff and clean environment I love coming here.

What in the world are those "elipticals?" They aren't normal and they definitely aren't good to use. Just make your feet/ankle/calf bones hurt. I genuinely hate the ones at this location. Unusable.
