This is the most unprofessional and rude OT location that I have ever been to. After a terrible experience being rejected from attending a class despite arriving early, I emailed to cancel my account. This location continued to charge me for months until I had to escalate to a manager. The manager stated that it wasn’t her problem that I was still being charged despite no one responding to my emails or calls. This location and its manager are terrible with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any fitness center not just orange theory.

It's definitely not your typical routine gym. I've done over 765 class and every single work out is completely different; designed to allow people of all fitness levels to participate and feel good about themselves. The coaches not only help you but also motivate & encourage to push yourself to your limits. To me, it's been a life changing experience. Exercising is no longer a drag or an obligation. With OTF, I look forward to working out, to the point were it becomes addicting. OTF= Results! The way your body changes physically over time is incredible. The energy attained after a workout lasts an entire business day; helping you think clear & be energized the entire day. This really does work! If you don't believe me, try it for yourself!
