By far the worst location to go to, if I could give zero stars I would. It’s been twice now that I’m rudely turned away by the same person who should be doing the classes herself & taking customer service lessons. I was in the door at exactly 5:35 & they rudely turned me away when the policy is 5 mins after start time. There was another time I showed up 10mins before the class time but because I brought my sister with me to try the free class they also rudely turned us away because they didn’t have “enough” time to show her how it works which I know it’s a liability thing but that’s what we sign the waivers for plus during the class & before the exercise the coaches explain & show everything first anyways & that’s exactly how they did my first free class, as a matter of fact the coach didn’t show me around or explain until AFTER the class was over. Let me also mention that I actually had to wait one time a couple of minutes after the class start time for the previous class to finish because they ran behind. I understand there’s a policy in place but as a customer we also pay a membership & to be turned away in such a rude manner is ridiculous, it’s not a problem to turn someone away but it’s HOW you do it because they are very quick to rudely say no. The customer service really needs improvement because these things don’t happen at any other locations I go to, on the contrary the customer service & atmosphere is so much better at Miami Lakes & Pembroke Pines & I’ll stick to the other locations because Miramar sucks.

I’ve been going to this studio for a little over two years now and I love it. The coaches are great and always motivate you do push yourself. The front desk is also very nice.

Two classes deep and I am feeling muscles I did not know I had. Thank you coach Nikki for kicking our arses. Can't wait to see you for the next couple of weeks while we get these gains! Your music playlist was fire! I hope it only gets better from here lol.

I came to try this out as an experienced individual and I was extremely impressed. The technology, atmosphere, and trainers were outstanding! Instructor Carl was AWESOME. Tracy was amazingly helpful and kind! 10/10 experience!

I have been a member of OTF since 2016. It is the best gym for several reasons1. Personal connection to your studio and staff2. Great workout for an hour.3. Different workout each time4. You can be at ANY fitness level5. You can go to any studio in the country

Been a member of OTF for years, but relatively new to the Miramar location and can honestly say the staff and studio are incomparable to others! So friendly, warm, and consistently invested in your progress-you feel like family the moment you walk in the door. The instructors make you feel like you belong and constantly challenge your progress with each class and motivate you to outperform your last. Thanks OTF Miramar!

The coaches at OTF Miramar are amazing!! The coaches pay attention and see your improvements… they also push you when you need it. The energy in the room is always great! I love how you don’t have to think about the work out and that every day it’s different. At the end of every single class I feel accomplished!
