I have been to many Orange theory studios nationally and internationally and this studio is solid. Front desk employees are friendly, management is thoughtful and coaches are fun! My only real concern is how LOUD the music is (and I am an EDM music festival goer). The music volume is unbelievable and unbearable. It cannot be good to expose your auditory system to that volume level on a daily/regular basis. I have seen people covering their ears while exercising and even people using ear plugs to the workouts. I will be joining the ear plug folks from now on :(

All coaches at OT Miramar are amazing!!! The staff are nice and helpful. I’m glad decided join this fitness family and see what my fitness level will become in the future. It’s a really challenge workout every single day but is worth it!!! The feeling after is amazing and keep you full of energy all day long!Thanks Orange Theory Miramar ! You rock :-)
