I JUST started OTF Miramar, and I've had a great experience so far. I can already see the slight changes in my body and I can't wait to reach my goal in September! Im proud of myself. I've been trying to figure it out myself at a gym, but this is much easier and you leave still burning calories. The front desk staff are nice, like Sarah and the Coaches like Carl and Elizabeth are professional and patient with newbies like myself. I look forward to making the most of out OTF Miramar!

I joined OTF before they opened and love the workouts!My favorite coaches are Carl, Nikki, and Elizabeth. They are truly motivating and push you harder. I feel faster and stronger than ever and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. Thank OTF miramar.

Started 2 weeks ago and I'M LOVING IT! Already lost a couple pounds within the first week starting. We never leave without a good sweat! Our favorite coach is Nikki because she can get us pumped at 6 AM before going to work and get us a great workout. Sara from the front desk is super sweet & helpful whenever i have any questions. Definitely recommend this place :)

Very engaging workout. The coaches are highly motivated and throughout the session they check in with everyone to make sure we are doing ok, we are motivated and challenging ourselves. I like how the ladies upfront also check in when I miss one too many sessions, they are one of the reasons I keep booking more classes, which I need by the way. This is really what keeps me engage, I’m one of those people that need that “push”. I feel the results at the end of every class, amazing workouts that drives you to your limits. Love it!
