I like that the workout is different every day. The classes fly by because of the changing of the different blocks. Coaches are amazing and always welcoming!

Absolutely amazing experience. I am a new mom trying to bounce back and although I wouldn’t say the workouts are easy the support helps you get through them.

I have been coming to this studio every time I am in town, and it is great! I have always had a good workout with Carl, but all the coaches are great! I strongly recommend this studio.

Just joined the OTF fam(3 classes in), 1st time at the Miramar location and I LOVED IT! Wasn’t initially excited about waking up so early for a 7am class but Elizabeth made it all worth it. Going in I hadn’t reached the 12 orange zone points, but not only did I reach 12, I surpassed it with 17 orange and 2 red zone point today! Thank you Elizabeth for pushing and motivated me...this was a great way to start my day.
