I like this gym, the machines, the hours, and the workers, the bathrooms are always kept really clean by Sarah. Thank you planet fitness for this wonderful gym

I like going here, they keep the machines in good condition most of the time. The only problem I have is how many people don't wipe down their machines, they don't enforce it.

I like this gym. I come late at night around 1am and expect a mess. But on the contrary all the weights are put back where they belong and the bathrooms are clean and smell great. I recommend this location.

A wonderful gym. From all the gyms that I have gone this one is the cleanest by the cleaning lady Sarah. She cleans the bathroom to perfectly and it always smells like flowers. Keep it up!

Love this gym. It’s close to home. I normally like to go at night when there’s less people. Also the night staff Sarah and Geo are awesome. Sarah always makes sure to encourage everyone and motivate you to keep going. It’s good vibes at night!!

Short female staff was rude to a couple tonight. I felt really bad for them. I think she could of handle the situation better. She had a bad attitude, was very short with them, rolled her eyes and then proceeded to talk bad about them to her friends at the front desk. It was really weird!

Short female staff was rude at the front desk and only wanted to hangout with her friends/family. She was extremely rude to my guest, her information she provided was jumbled and unclear, and she act like she had a chip on her shoulder. Maybe she she can be replace with your morning staff for the shift tonight was not for her!

Just came in with another person and the lady at the front had a baaddddd attitude and kept being argumentative. I think it could have been a great opportunity for her to engage and sell a membership to me but she decided to be rude and give me and your gym membership person a hard time. She has bad customer service and very racist undertones. She was short with both of us. Just bad experience all around! In addition, she was too busy focusing with her friends and family at the front counter.

I have membership black card I visited this place and a member of the staff Giselle was very rude and inattentive, when I arrived there was no one at the front desk, after a while she went and asked me for my information in a rude way when I was exercising. She asked me to go to my Gym in Yorkville.

As a formal worker at Montgomery IL Planet Fitness, I have to say it is hands down the worst place to work. I was hired as a manager, but instead of managing, I found myself stuck at the front desk just in case someone walked in. If you work there, no matter your title, you end up doing everything. I wasn't treated like a manager--I was basically the stock boy, filling coolers with protein and water that hardly anyone buys because they're outdated. On top of that, I was made to play janitor, cleaning the bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers. When I was on the gym floor, I became the "weight boy," constantly picking up all the weights scattered everywhere and putting them back. And when the tanning beds were done being used, guess who had to clean those too?The absolute worst part? They have us cleaning under the cardio machines while members are waiting to use them. How do they expect anyone to be productive or feel respected in a job like that? Planet Fitness treats their employees like disposable workers, and it's beyond frustrating. It's absolutely infuriating how Planet Fitness handles the whole Saturday night closing cleanup--why on earth don't they just hire a cleaning crew to do it? Instead, they choose to make their employees slave away after hours like it's some kind of unfair punishment. It's beyond disrespectful. And as for the owners, it's clear they're completely out of touch with reality. No wonder women are treated poorly and real men are being pushed out of the gym altogether. The place feels like it's lost all sense of respect and fairness. Then there's the Annual High School Summer Pass™ program from June 1 to August 31--what a nightmare! The gym turns into a chaotic mess with unruly kids doing whatever they want, glued to their phones, completely ignoring any gym etiquette. And guess what? Planet Fitness gets government subsidies for this so-called community outreach, which basically means they don't give a damn about the paying members. Your concerns? They couldn't care less. It's maddening to see loyalty and respect thrown out the window just because they can cash in on subsidies and ignore the needs of their real customers. This whole situation is a disgrace.I can't believe we're actually told to force members to give 5-star reviews or else risk losing our jobs. This was the last straw for me. I work at a real gym, not some fake place playing dirty tricks. I'm done--glad to never step foot in that gym again. It's ridiculous and completely unfair to employees and members alike. This kind of pressure is just wrong. When there's trouble in the gym, we can call the police for help. However, we cannot share any member information with them. Member privacy is always protected. And the trouble maker gets away with it this is not just some casual policy; they just done care about your needsDave
