This club is clean, organized, with friendly and attentive staff members. This is my regular club and I love going here.

Update: the 2 new young girls working there today were very helpful.Some of the staff is rude/lazy & uneducated about their equipment. The tanning beds are disgusting underneath. I'd go to another location but too far. To respond to your comment PF.. maybe the general management is the issue. He is the one who couldn't even recommend a time for the tanning beds to a new member.. 🙄

I have an unfortunate update to this Location in Montgomery, IL. I have been a member of this Location since the beginning of its existence. The last owners were Excellent as was the Management but since its acquisition over 2022 summer it has gone downhill quickly... Tanning beds are working partially now, dust is piling up everywhere but nothing is worse when the management is just plain RUDE and not Hospitable in the least...My routine is simple and most know me understand that I Tan then I workout for 45 minutes and leave...but yesterday was different. The District Manager Karolina changed everything....After I checked in I asked for a tanning booth, she properly asked for my eyewear. I presented it as always. She then preceded to lecture me about my eyewear(Winkies Product) is for one time use blah blah blah.....eventually I got irritated with the ridiculousness of the conversation...she then told me i should date my winkies.....omg tried to tell me it was law.....lolol....This manager needs to be far away from ALL GUESTS....HELP NEEDED IN MONTGOMERY.....anyways I moved my whole family to Yorkville Planet fitness...they care about their customers!!!!

I have been a member at Planet Fitness for the last 5 years. I have worked out in the Montgomery location at all different days and different hours. For the last 5 months I have been mainly working out Monday through Friday during the overnight hours normally between 2am and 4am due to my work schedule. I can't say enough about the associate who works overnight and is an asset to not only the Montgomery location but to the entire Planet Fitness Company. Her name is Sarah. She makes everyone feel welcome and takes time to make all of her members feel welcome , wanted, and special. I have seen her take the time to give compliments to other members and encourage them and take a personal interest in their goals. It is absolutely amazing how she is all alone at night and is able to keep the gym perfectly clean and organized. I have seen her restacking all of the weights, bottles and paper towels are always available and filled, as well as the bathrooms are spotless cleaned and great smelling. I have been to other Planet Fitness and walked out seeing the state of the gym. I would like to see all other gyms be kept up the way Sarah takes care of the Montgomery location. I would also like to mention that Sarah is the only associate at this location that greets every customer and says goodbye to them. I have worked out different times and and had 2 or 3 associate behind the counter not say anything to me either entering or leaving the gym. In my opinion Sarah puts the members first and it shows. The energy in the gym is much higher when she is working. If all other assoicates would show as much dedication, attention to detail, and work ethics like Sarah at all different shifts and times I would feel that the same overnight energy would transfer to the gym 24/7. She is the reason I keep coming back.

Nice and clean gym! Great atmosphere in here. The girl on the front desk with angel's eyes. She will make your day better with a single smile :)

So disappointed with this planet fitness. I’ve been having some billing issues where I’ve been over charged and instead of them trying to fix it they give many excuses as to why they are “right”. It’s this back and forth of no you were not charged but yet my bank statement shows I have been. There customer service is trash. No one at that facility even attempted to help me and when I finally had enough and said I just want to cancel my two membership they quickly said ok and canceled it. But hey at least the guy next to me got some good service since it was more important to flirt with him then help a (over)paying customer.

Great place to workout! Very clean and friendly staff!!! At night not that busy so recommend coming at night time!! Gotta wear your mask!!!to enter!!

Great place for exercise there was no judgement and I felt safe being here and there was so much equipment that anyone can train and the place Is also very clean

I really like the Montgomery location. The receptionist Sarah is alway so helpful and professional. Thank you for all your hard work.

they are not letting me in with the membership thay i bought with my own money. highly recommend you get a new manager as the current one is terrible at his job
