Planet Fitness

The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly and polite. I just wish this gym could be 24x7 like other planet fitness locations. They close early on weekend which is not convenient.

Best PF location I've ever been to. They have hand bikes which is nice for shoulder rehab. Also, decent rowers (not Concept2 level stuff, but decent nonetheless.) Nice stair machine. Clean. Well staffed. They are friendly and always walking around cleaning.

Love working out here. It's always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Much different that the many gyms I have been to. No one bothers you, no one is mean and everyone is very respectful. People actually clean up after themselves when using equipment and put weights back when they are done. Other gyms it seems like people are rude and lazy and leave weights for you to deal with. Planet has plenty of equipment to use and enough to help you achieve your fitness goals. And you cant beat their rates! Dont downplay this place, it's all you need!

I go to this gym everyday after work until a staff member name Dan started to scream at me because I was doing sit ups in the abs room on the floor! The way he screamed at me in front of people was so unprofessional! I thought all planet fitness were to motivate there guest not criticize them! I have a hard time already going to the gym and it’s sad I have fell this way because of a staff member!

Decent gym, has most equipment needed. However, gym is closed early on the weekends... open 24 hours on week days but closed at 7 on Saturday and Sunday. It’s nice that the other planet fitness’s further away from me have more convienient hours. Just wish this one would be too.

Love so much about this place, the atmosphere, the cleanliness,, the affirmations all over the walls.One thing I do wish though is that there would a staff person kind if floating around for ppl like myself that don't always understand how some of the wt.machines work, yes I know you offer an orientation class but you can't always get there, and I wouldn't necessarily remember anyway. There are usually 3-4 staff up at the desk chatting away, why not let them take turns once an hour, floating around?

Friendly staff, lots of well-kept equipment. I have been working out there since they opened, and it's a great place to work out. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the locker room could be cleaner, especially the floor. Also I wish they would enforce their own policies a little more, such as the express workout room and the no lunk policy.

The staff are friendly, the gym is incredibly clean, the equipment are available and broken machines are fixed within reasonable time frame. They wet vacuum the floors at least 2x a week. There are plenty of spray and wipes to wipe down the equipment. The new crossfit equipment comes in handy with box jumps, rope pull, etc. Love working out here early in the morning. Come in after work is a zoo. I'd wish they deep clean the showers more often as it still smells of mild dew and soap funk.

Love to workout here!I joined PF Addison because it's close to my work, but the PF Montgomery location is close to my home so I find myself going to Montgomery more often.Sometimes my Black Card account is flagged as ACCESS DENIED but that must be something to do with how it was setup at Addison. It forces Montgomery to call over to Addison and everything is OK.This place is super clean and the staff is very friendly.I can't wait until my 90 days is up at Addison so I can transfer over to Montgomery. :)

Great price, always clean and accommodating. I wish they were 24/7 instead of 24/5 but oh well. My critique would be that they need more free weights like bench press and incline/decline benches.
