A great place to workout and an incredible value, staff is always pleasant (shout out to Chris). Most underrated gym in a 30 mile radius. Very big facility with good equipment quality and variety.

This place has good prices and the equipment decent and kept clean.If you are able to work on your own then this is the place.There are tanning booths and massage beds. They have a trainee and they spent some time with me on the basics, they will help make u a plan for a workout but not sure of anything past that.Good value

I've had been a member for over two years and so has my wife and daughter, we're cancelling our memberships immediately, we no longer feel like PF is a good place to work out due to several issues that have gone worse over the last 3 months it seems, first the bathrooms are filthy, there are homeless people taking over the lockers and dressing area, the disinfectant and paper towels are constantly out of stock not to mention all the people sitting on equipment watching Netflix on their phones, it was good while it lasted but we're taking our business elsewhere, reading all the bad reviews I see the owners and managers reply but by the looks of it it's just words, if you want to actually get a good workout in a clean facility don't join this one at least until issues are resolved.

Definitely not as bad as the rumors made it out to be, staff are friendly, members are nice, even if you drop the weights or grunt a little there will be no lunk alarm. It very occasionally went off for a split second tho. They have cleaning stations across the gym, and they even have four smith machines for you to squat or bench, compared to another PF that has only three. Cheap membership of 10 dollars a month, only downside is they don't have barbell bench or squat rack, like all PF do

Equipment is in good shape but the cleaning supplies are always empty. The club is often staffed by only 1 person which of course means that there are other things to worry about BUT the rolls and spray are large enough that they should not run out mid shift. Even when there are multiple staff members they all joke and flirt with each other and barely acknowledge/greet members and the cleaning supplies are still lacking. Idk if this club needs policy changes or staff changes but something needs to happen because we are still in a pandemic and now with monkey pox being a concern in the county this is unacceptable.

This is by far the nasty is planet fitness that I've ever been to. And this was taken at 9:00 a.m. in the morning.I am a black card member and I use my membership while I'm traveling the country doing Trucking.My intentions were to work out and take a shower.But I don't want to deal with this place at all I'm going to find another location.

PF in MORENO VALLEY !Restrooms are ALWAYS DIRTY!!EVEN AFTER THERE CLEANED,because they are never cleaned Well.I will be posting photos in a couple of days while i gather more pics of the place.

Glad we're back in the gym. The equipment is spaced out for social distancing and I like it. The staff go around cleaning the machines, but I carry my own wipes. Glad to be back 🙂 …

I love Planet Fitness. They are always so clean and the workers very friendly. I am so glad they are back open. I pray all the gyms can stay open.

Won’t let you cancel your membership. I had to email customer service and ask to have my membership canceled because there’s no easier way to do it online, as it should be. And you can’t call your home gym because they’re all closed. Of course they gave me the runaround with an indirect answer saying I won’t be charged. I don’t care. I want to cancel and should be able to. Disgusting.
