Their are no trash cans in the Tanning rooms. The hyderabed was not working correctly it was showing parts of the body on the LED screen that was not even corresponding with the area it was supposed to be supporting! Most of the body tans were not in Stock! Staff was very polite and Nice.

Jackie the manager told me over the phone that my account was terminated but when I went in person my account was still opened when I had already went and closed it almost three years ago when I moved out of Moreno Valley!!! Today an associate helped me close it out and was able to finish that off for me. Before I left I asked Jackie for her bosses info she first stated they don’t have one then she stated I can only give you an email. Besides her being a horrible manager at customer service the gym itself is perfect and the other associates were always helpful and professional.

I just went for tanning and what impressed me the most about their tanning beds, is that you get an option of, laying down or standing up! If I didn't have a membership to a different tanning salon, I would most definitely go here. And they even have massage rooms, all round, a really great place!

After opening and closing over the pandemic, it Feels good to finally be back in this gym, and the wait was well-worth it. This location made one dope comeback by probably being the only location to be open 24/7, so I can finally go back into my regular night routine.Other than that, there’s this strong sewer smell in the men’s locker room y’all should try to get rid of please.

***UPDATE*** The showers water temperature have been fixed.I would give 5 stars but the showers water temp is not constant. Sometimes you can get hot water others time it is cold. Everything else at this facility is great.

I've been to about 6 different southern Cali locations but this one didn't measure up. First, the shower water never got hot. No hot water at 1000 on a Monday? Why? Anywho. Then after my cold shower, the dressing stall wouldn't lock. Come on guys. You need to do better. Your gym is much too busy not to operate under Gold Star status. Disappointed

Hadn't been here since the pandemic started and even moved to new area so coming back here was to terminate my membership. Never had any complaints. The employees are always helpful and sanitation was well kept majority of the time aside from a few members who didn't care to wipe their own sweat off machines.

Average gym with mostly machines including 4 smith machines and limited free weights(dumbbells up to 75 lbs). Cheap and open 24 hours.. good wifi..staff keeps it clean. Will probably need another gym membership if you're super into bodybuilding and do heavy compounds. Very peaceful late at night. Overall not to shabby.

From my 1st visit to Planet Fitness I was greeted and helped right away. Notice how clean everything was especially for a gym. Every time I go in I’m greeted welcome or hello and have a nice day by the staff. The pricing great for all that you get for the Black card membership I love that I can take a guest with me each time I go to workout. The staff has been wonderful in helping me and answering any questions that I have.

Friendly and helpful staff. I love how the gym is always clean and how they keep the disinfectant spray filled up and the paper towel dispensers full.
