I tend to go during really late hours since that is what works best for me. When signing up they were friendly, but did not get a tour of the gym. Overall they kee keep the appearance of the gym looking great. The bathroom was fine the first time I came in it has been horrible ever since. I no longer bother using it other than to wash my hands. The equipment stays in good working order. They do have cleanser for the equipment. Something that I have started noticing is the cleanser for the equipment keeps getting lighter. It used to be pink now it looks more like watery pink (serious emphasis on the watery part). I can overlook everything else but now I'm having a problem with that. I really like the aspect of cleaning what you have just sweated all over but there is no point if the solution is just water now.

Mornings are calm and most of the place is clean. My only peeve is that the lockers smell like feet, maybe better or more frequent cleanings instead of just Lysol spray by staff.

Some of the machines need maintenance and it doesn't seem like the entire gym is cleaned everyday, especially the locker room. It's a dirty job but come on, it has to be done. Lately the showers have been cold. Toilets always don't flush right as well.

The equipment has not been maintained and needs to get serviced. The bikes do not have foot pedal straps and make loud sounds as if it needs to be greased. The 30 minute circuit equipment is loose and the weights get stuck. This is a bad franchise location.

I was excited to start working out at this gym after moving to MV. It's always clean and they have good equipment. However, I had a bad experience with the staff when trying to pick up my headphones which I had left behind earlier in the week.A day after forgetting my headphones, I called PF and spoke to a gentleman and asked if anyone had turned in my headphones. I described them to him to a T and he said , "Yes. They are right here at the front deskd". I gave him my name and told him that I would be stopping by in a few days to pick them up. He said that they would be holding them for me. When I went in asked for them, they were no longer there. The manager asked me to check in with her on Monday so I did just that. On Monday, she said that a staff member had given them to someone who had claimed them already. She said "sorry". What bothered me was that she had no solution or explanation as to how they can improve their lost or claim process. I had called looking for my headphones and I had given my name and said I'd be picking them up. How do you mess that up? I thought they'd be holding them for the rightful owner.The manager even made things worse by saying that they didn't even keep items on hold that long, as if I had left them there for months. It had been 3 days. So what does the staff do, keep items that have been left behind?

The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. Never had a problem with equipment being available like at other gyms. Nobody cared that I set the lunk alarm off. You can't beat it for $20

Good gym i don't understand why people say its a bad gym cause its not. They have everything tanning, massage, lockers, showers,treadmills, weights ECT. and for a good price too. I always get greeted when i come in. The only thing is that sometimes they run out of paper towels to wipe down equipment.

This was my first experience at Planet Fitness and it was overwhelmingly positive. I signed up for the no committment plan and had already asked to upgrade to the "premium" membership by the end of my tour. Sean was incredibly helpful and polite. The facility is beautifully kept and easy to find what I need. I'm glad I came in today...looking forward to coming back!

The personal trainer Markus is helping me to drop the extra pounds. His workout plan is great. I've lost 15 pounds so far. He is very time efficient, so I am done in under 30 minutes.

I would've gave this place a 4 star until i found out the disposable winkies (the same ones i got for free in my home town) cost 50¢.. Aside from costing me an additional 50 cents on top of my black card membership, the employees don't greet me when i enter or leave the gym. Which is also what my old gym did (even a planet fitness I gave 1 star to in WNY did this). I'm giving this place a 3 star review because of their selection of equipment & benefits for black card members. They have tanning, total body enhancer, hydromassage bed, & the massage chairs. Their stretching mats are also really dated, have holes in them, and aren't really comfortable. They're very flat.The one thing I'm most picky about is the employees greeting me when I arrive & leave. They just let me check in on my own without a friendly face, makes me feel unwelcome.
