I was bullied today by a woman that was twice my age. Management did not handle the situation properly I was very disappointed and sad. The manager heard the lady tell me she was going to kick my ass and she did nothing about it. The lady was mad over the 30 minute workout area. ( why have the 30 minute workout area if it's not going to be done properly ) You can tell this lady was hyped up on steroids and for management to be ok with that is not a safe place to be. They lost 4 customers to keep one hyped up drug addict. So sad!!!

I cant believe how hard is it to cancel this membership, a phone call is all that it should take to cancel membership. instead of having to go in or send in a letter. There is no difference if i am over the phone or in person. they accept membership online there should be away to cancel online as well. This is just one tactic to keep people from canceling service.

This has to be the worst decision I ever made to join this gym. Not only didI never use the membership but when I moved they wouldn't allow me to cancel the membership and then charged me an annual fee. When I called over and over to try and opt out they told me I couldn't because I had been using the membership. I have never stepped foot in the gym but I apparently I have been paying for someone else to. Please do yourself a favor and never sign up with them. The staff is never helpful when you call and they refused to give me their corporate number to launch a complaint.
