Pretty fun and intense workout class. Focus is definitely on burning calories. Basically consists of running sprints, and hiit weightlifting and body weight routines.

Great workout but use the earplugs - very loud!

the music is so loud... my ears are still buzzing! When I asked them to turn it down they gave me ear plugs that they have available, indicating that it's a known problem. The workout is ok, but nothing special.. so with this loud music problem, it's not worth going even if they have such nice amenities in the locker rooms.

I had fun! The ventilation left something to be desired and the per-class price seemed high at $36. But the vibe and instruction were solid. I’d happily return.

Great if you like to be confined in a dark room with super loud music at 6 am. Horrible if you don t ! Full disclosure: I Love sport but work out bores me in the first place
