Great classes for all levels. My favorites are Power and Sculpt but Hot and 101 are great too! I haven’t tried the Slow Flow class but I’m sure it’s a great one. The staff is super friendly, every class has a new playlist and teachers all have great and positive energy. I recommend!

First time client. Was greeted upon entrance, guided around and taken in to the studio to meet the lovely Yoga teacher Monet. Overall wonderful experience with YogaSix. Looking forward to taking more classes here.

This is an absolutely amazing place. Perfect. Classes calms you down, helps you to keep you focused. I feel you should join this if you want to calm down and feel more healthy mentally. After a month, i feel calm, happy and relaxed most of the times. I would 100% recommend everyone to join this. Instructors are great, music is great and most importantly vibe is out of the world. This is another peaceful world and i would definitely recommend everyone to join this to develop great mental health.

I love this studio, the instructors, and the manager! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the classes are challenging but also very inclusive of people at all levels (beginners to pros). I love the classes at YogaSix in general (have been in many states) and this one is a great one. This is a great workout (my personal favorites are Sculpt & Flow, Power, and Hot), and has also improved my flexibility, mobility, mindfulness, and stress.

Yoga Six in Mountain View offers a wide variety of classes to tantalize the senses offering a heated class setting, upbeat yet grounding music, and an ENTHUSIASTIC group of teachers who lead a Power, Slow, Restorative, Sculpt & Flow, or Foundational/101 yoga practice. Without love and a sense of humor, yoga is just hard work. The teachers infuse my yoga practice with love and laughter. I show up to Y6 every day...sometimes twice a day. Make the time to make your mind, body, and soul happy at Y6.

The studio space at Yoga Six is really nice–it’s heated yoga, so you will get sweaty, but the heat isn’t oppressive. They have a really nice air filtration system so it feels like a dry heat, and it definitely leaves you feeling refreshed and physically and mentally free after a sweaty practice. I would recommend you bring a full-length mat towel and a hand towel, since you will be very wet. The studio has two unisex bathrooms / changing rooms and a few cubbies for you to store your things in the retail area, but the lounge area isn’t very big. Inside the studio, they use different colored lights and music to set the mood and after class, they hand out cold towels. I thought the small touches they added to the studio were really nice, and the class was packed (probably 40 people inside, mat-to-mat)–granted, it was the first weekend after Santa Clara lifted their indoor mask mandates. I think I saw about 2 people who continued to wear their masks to practice.Pros1.) Very friendly staff, great facilities, FloWater machine (my favorite!) really nice finishing touches to the experience (e.g. bathrooms have extra hair elastics, tampons, etc.)2.) Actual studio space is nice and the ambience is great3.) Easy parking at the San Antonio Shopping CenterCons1.) The studio and the practice itself is great, but for me, I am looking for a more technical / advanced kind of practice (which usually is in a studio that isn’t as hot, not that heat is a bad thing; it’s just that when it gets that hot and sweaty, you can’t really practice any arm balances because you’re slipping everywhere–I, and the most advanced yogi teachers I have practiced with, like to wear shorts so you don’t use the friction from your pants to compensate for core strength as much.) I did get a great workout, but their style is more pilates and yoga fusion, as opposed to vinyasa flow–so this “con” is more of a personal preference for me. I would absolutely go back, but I just have a preference towards classes that end up teaching you a new skill.
