Very friendly team. Nice, clean studio. Great classes. Good price point for monthly unlimited at the time of this post -> that's what got us to come in and try a class.

First of all, it was great to see a Black woman instructing the class . Her instructions were great , the flow was perfect , and the pain in my left hip as subsided .I truly felt challenged, and rejuvenated after class. 10/10 definitely recommend 👌

Love this studio! I'm a new member as of January 2022 and am always welcomed warmly when I visit. The studio is nice and very clean, with ample space to spread out during class. All of the team members are super friendly and make a concerted effort to remember students and greet you by name when you walk in--a very nice touch in general, but especially impressive given that we've all been wearing face masks during COVID. The GM, Bonnie is especially great at this and plays a fundamental role in the sense of community you quickly begin to feel a part of there at Y6 Mountain View. The teachers are great--very engaged and knowledgeable, offering different levels throughout instruction to meet everyone's capabilities while gently encouraging you to push yourself to the next level when you're ready. There are a variety of classes on offer that you can choose from. My personal favorites are the Power (vinyasa flow), Sculpt & Flow (yoga warm-up + HIIT with weights, bands, etc.), and Restore (yin yoga/stretching) classes. At the end of class, you're offered a cold eucalyptus-scented towel to cool off with, which is so refreshing and another very nice touch.Highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a great spot to kick-off, resume or continue their yoga practice or just freshen up their exercise routine with something a little different.
