Crunch Murfreesboro was such a great experience for me and helped me get in touch with my health a lot more. This summer I gained the muscle I wanted and it was all thanks to this gym for being so accessible and easy to navigate!

Very nice gym. Newer equipment and facility. Everything seems to be maintained well; workout areas and locker rooms are clean and well lit. People who go here seem nice. Group fitness room looks very nice/large. Has everything you could want. Prices are reasonable; no contract. Highly recommend over Gold's and even Planet Fitness. Update: One downside is that most of the weight machines and elliptical don't fit my body size very well.

Julian is the best man he’s always smiling and always interactive with me. He’s always helpful too and always gives me a band when I walk cause he knows I need it. The gym is great always looking forward to working out here and all the people here are nice too

I had a great experience here with the team and personal trainer Anthony he was awesome with helping me and my son. I loved loved loved the daycare it helped me a lot I have 3 toddlers that loved playing while I worked out and the equipment was always up to par and clean. Sorry to go you'll be missed. We're moving away.

This was an amazing gym!! The Pilates group class was my favorite! The staff is so friendly I highly recommend anyone to start going to this gym!

I love the gym, the equipment is always available and easy to use. My 18 m/o LOVES the child care ladies (mainly Alyssa H.)and she does not just go to anyone!
