Love crunch. Love yoga with Alyx! She is also a thoughtful trainer who listens to your needs and also pushes you out of your comfort zone without making it feel like you’re in basic military training.

I really like Crunch Murfreesboro, I can't say the same about other locations, but this one is clean and they have so many classes to choose from. All the instructors are good, but I am Zumba fan and if you are too, you should go to Alexis's class. I have done Zumba for almost ten years, and I am very picky. Alexis is one of the best instructors that I met and I have truly enjoyed working out with him. The music, variety of movements, levels of difficulty, and vibe are just great. Thanks Alexis!!

I've only come for the Yoga classesso far, but the facility looks nice and clean. The Yoga class has been awesome Alyx is such a good teacher very patient and kind. Coming from a beginner she makes achieving goals and the next steps to more advanced poses achievable.

I've been to many different gyms and the variety of classes, availability of childcare, the extra amenities, the great machines and easy to follow fitness programs, as well as low fees, made this place the best gym I have been to by far. I never felt out of place, and even lost 25 lbs!

Crunch has become like a second home to me, as I am there almost everyday! I always recommend this gym to anybody that has been curious to trying it, and I especially have to recommend my PT Alyx! She has helped me so much in achieving my goals and she has become a great friend too! Alyx is extremely sweet and encouraging, and I always look forward to our sessions, as well as her Pilates and yoga classes!

The low rating is the lack of organization and ethics in the personal training area. I purchased a package for 1 hour sessions. The first trainer was double booked on my first two appointments, therefore appointment 1 was 30 mins and I was not able to workout on appointment 2. I had to contact the gym manager to get a response as the trainer would not return my calls to reschedule. Trainer 2, worked out for 30 mins and then put me on the treadmill for 30 mins. Unfortunately due to a family situation I had to leave and move out of State unexpectedly. I had prepaid my training sessions and the gym training manager refused to return any portion of this money. I don’t recommend the training package, unprofessional and no empathy with life events happen.

I had a great experience with crunch fitness! They were always very happy to see everyone when they walked in, and were always super helpful in any way needed! Angel who does the cycle classes is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend her cycle classes
