I really like Crunch! Atmosphere is great and the space is clean! I’m hoping to see more locations pop up in the future!

This gym was amazing! It was clean, organized, and efficient. The staff was amazing and so helpful! Definitely recommend.

I did the 3$ july month membership to see if I'd like and i did like it i just don't have the time to go like I'd want to well its the 29th and i wanted to cancel my membership... However, Im currently hospitalized with covid and a lupus flare up so i have been calling them ALL day today. I started calling at 9am and I've called about 10 times since then .... No one answers. Im trying to explain my situation and why i can not make it up there to cancel. This is ridiculous.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service. Absolute ridiculous policies. You’ll cancel your membership and they’ll continue to take out money like you didn’t and hide behind some made up policy never said or explained. Don’t even bother or waste your time or money. Have literally been charged $70 (2 months) AFTER canceling. Policies not explained or clear, which I am at personal fault for but will maybe save someone else the stress and anger. You will not get your money back, instead you will be told to “just come to the gym”. Comical

I dont understand how this place has a 4.1 overall rating. Once again they are completely and I mean completely out of paper towels to wipe down the equipment with. I am not a germiphobe but I do not want to lay my head on a bench when there are obvious sweat stains there. Disgusting!!! This is definitely not a plug for PF but this never happened there. I was there for 6 years. This happens all the time here. I messed around and let my annual fee hit my account so Im stuck here until next April and then I will cancel my membership here. I will say that they finally hired a couple of guys to clean up around here. Its was even worse before they hired them.

If you plan on working out early on the weekends DONT. We’ve been members of this gyms since they’ve opened and definitely considering cancelling. It says they open at 7 am on the weekends and this is about the 5th time we come on a weekend and no one is here to open the gym. We’ve waited up to an hour on SEVERAL instances. There’s no way of contacting anyone either and no way of telling when they’ll open. This is unacceptable.

I really loved this gym and all the perks up until I needed to cancel my membership. I started trying to cancel over 2 months ago and was told on a Saturday I could only do it M-F 9-5. The problem with that is that only the manager can cancel your membership and if the manager doesn't show up on time or is in a meeting or has run to the bank or is not there then you either have to sit and wait or come back, which is what happened five times in a row to me. The last time I went in I was told that he would be there in five minutes and hours later he showed up and had no sympathy that I had been trying to do it for two months. I emailed the owner and heard nothing back. It's unfortunate because i wanted the process to be much easier than it was.

Great gym! Very clean and the hours are amazing, SUPERRR packed most of the day though is the only downside. The tanning beds are also way better than sun tan city’s if you use the faster option fyi.

The gym itself isn’t bad. Tanning equipment is nice, machines are decent, and a good amount of free weights. They were originally 24-7, but after switching to limited hours on the weekend, the staff is constantly late on weekend mornings.

Too much cell phone usage on floor. Equipment tied up for 10+ minutes while members talk on the phone. They wil not take conversation off the floor. Staff allows this time after time.
