This is a warning for woman. If you are working out at night please be mindful as my son was approached by a male looking to attack woman. Thank God there was another male there that kept an eye out for my son, but please be safe.

Everytime you walk in here,there's 1-4 people standing around, doing nothing,at the front desk. Most likely on their cells.Clean the bathrooms!The men's bathroom, half of the urinals,and toilets,are out of order.The shower heads ,don't stream properly. Fix them!!My membership is paid up,do your part,or give me a partial monthly refund!!!!!And I noticed many if the same complaints. And these lazy scumbags,have the nerve to respond with,please email or call,the mgr.??????NO,we don't want too.Thats why the review is here.FOR YOU TO WAKE UP! Need to do some clean up in a couple of the tanning booths. A lot of the paper towel dispensers are barely hanging on.Good gym though! Glad to see some heavier dumbell weights.

The employees are super resourceful and kind. Obsessed with their hydrotherapy. It's affordable for pretty much anyone with a job and the packages for the black card is a steal.

Planet Fitness in Smyrna (564 Nissan Drive) is in need of some cleaning and equipment maintenance. The men’s bathroom smells like urine (I’m in this location 4 days a week). The same piece of gum has been in the urinal for over a week (the same exact piece). The black porcelain of the urinals hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Don’t take my word for it stop in and take look. It’s been this way for over a year.The paper towel dispensers in the gym for cleaning equipment have stripped gears so when you push the handle no paper towel is dispensed. They know this is an issue because there is a full roll of paper towels sitting on each cleaning station. The spray bottles that contain disinfectant either won’t spray or leak all over your hand when you attempt to spray.

I’m a truck driver that works out 4/5 a week through out the country! And sad to say the rest room was the dirtiest I e ever seen! What’s more sad is the comments with the same concern months ago that the didn’t take the time to handle. Seems like corporate needs to step on!
