Was great but dryers are to low and no towels at all! But the rooms and showers are nice and the handicap room and shower was great wish others had it!!

I really liked visiting this location. Not too busy, new well cared for Matrix equipment, overall cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, spacious showers.

I absolutely love the fitness trainer at this location Kris. He is so on point to help me achieve my goals, along with having the compassion to help me when I am not doing as well. He also allows himself to be more like a friend then a trainer which in turn makes me want to work harder and keep coming back. Thank you.

The equipment is great. However, the place is filthy. I don't think anyone EVER cleans the floors. The only cleaning I've ever seen staff do is empty trash. That's normally the same guy every time. All other employees stand behind the counter on their phones.

Last review I gave it was poor due to obvious reasons.. Poor maintenance, cleanliness of machines and bathrooms. I returned last week and it was a 180 degree change for good! New machines, new clean systems in bathrooms! So glad management are taking care of customers improving everything!

So far any staff I have encountered have.been nice and authentic, I'm 58 so it's a much younger crowd and atmosphere compared to the Y, which is the opposite. PF is smaller and less crowded, which I like.
