Total Fitness Kickboxing

After watching my 9 year old fight and beat cancer, someone suggested I start therapy to work through my emotions. Well, I decided to try TFK instead. Hands down, the best therapy ever. They helped me work through more than they ever realized. It's like working out with family who check on you when you're not there like usual. They are excited to see you get stronger and healthier. And, they make sure you have support for whatever stress you're dealing with. 💙💙

I started here back in January and it is the best place to work out. Great instructors and management. This isnt like going to an ordinary gym. We all love and push one another and we are a family. ❤

I started going here and enjoyed the instructors and classes. I guess they came under new management and made a lot of changes. They completely replaced the last staff and changed the way the classes were conducted. The new manager was a lot more pushy and in your face. The new classes were a lot bigger but there was not enough room in the gym due to the bags. I decided to cancel my membership. I knew it would be a hassle if Albert was there. I told him I just wanted to cancel but he insisted we sit down and talk about it. I explained to him the reasons why I wanted to cancel and he was rude and told me that they made these changes and not everyone was going to like it. I explained to him I understood that but he still forced me to have a conversation before canceling.

Great communication! Grest quality! Staff are knowledgable and professional while also being interactive and fun with everyone while workout is going on! They are very encouaging to you and text to check up on you when your not there. I should have done this years ago! They make you feel so comfortable with their positive attitudes, that no matter age, weight, flexibility, etc. That You can still achieve your goals! Thank you to Albert, Sophia, Peyton, and Amanda that we've met so far. Yall are amazing at kicking our butts and we're still smiling, coming back, and talking about it to others everytime!

I absolutely love TFK! The workouts are amazing and you can go at your own pace so you don’t feel intimidated. Everyone acts like family and the instructors go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I’m so glad I joined!!

Total Fitness Kickboxing Murfreesboro is fantastic!!! I went for the first time yesterday and had so much fun. The environment was great, the people were great, and the instructors are awesome!! If you’re looking to sweat and get into shape then this is the place to be!! I became a member the same day!!

I joined January 2020 and have committed to consistent weekly workouts. The TFK team and members are very welcoming. The classes are challenging with Albert and Payton encouraging the members throughout the workouts. If you are looking for a high intensity workout, give this gym a try!

I went in for my FREE class today because not 1 but 2 friends both had genuine things to say not only about their fitness results but their overall mental health/wellbeing. I've been looking for a new hobby and I loved the energy and intensity of this class. Loved it so much I left with a membership which included FREE GLOVES and FREE WRAPS! I can’t wait to go back!

a very positive atmosphere. They definitely value their members, the workout area is always clean, instructors are very friendly and helpful (they make you feel like being a member of a big family), instructors try to motivate you all through the workout. I would definitely go back soon.

They are so welcoming and super helpful when you first join. They take their time and walk you through the moves and show you how to wrap your wrists prior to gloving up. Friendly staff, who motivates and pushes you without the intimidation factor. I highly recommend this gym for a quality butt kicking 45 minute workout! I'm hooked!
