Albert & all the instructors have been very wonderful to work with! They make you feel confident and are very motivational & helpful! The atmosphere was very clean, upbeat & welcoming! I’ve never liked working out but TFK is different, it was so much fun!! Can’t wait to go back!!

How did I not know about TFK Murfreesboro sooner?! Simply amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by smiling and welcoming faces. There is no judgement or intimidation. Just tons of positive energy in an honest-to-goodness family atmosphere that still gives you an unbelievable workout. Time just flies when you're in TFK Murfreesboro and you can tell that the trainers love what they do and take pride in their gym and members. I simply had to sign up (and was shocked at how affordable it is!!!) and can't wait for my next class. I can't recommend this place enough!

I've been a member for close to 2 years and truly appreciate the changes and growth these instructors have put into making this the most enjoyable place to workout. They try to connect with each member as they walk through the door and truly care! They will have you sweating with a smile and help you reach your goals. I love the diversity in the gym and the fact that is a family atmosphere but you are still guaranteed a killer workout! Nothing but praises

I joined TFK a year ago. Over that year it has undergone several changes, each for the better! I’ve always loved going, but the staff has gotten better and better. Each instructor is upbeat and makes me enjoy going. They take the time to personally speak to every guest of the gym every time you go, they try to get to know every member and remember you, and they are always so friendly and welcoming. The music and people get you pumped up and encourage you to get your best workout every time!

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. I was up for it and thought I would just try it out since it’s free for first timers. Let me just say I’ve been going for the last 4 weeks 2-3 times a week and even 2 classes a day sometimes, I LOVE this place and I love the instructors. Always welcoming and friendly! Albert is an awesome instructor along with Kate. I really appreciate coming in and having these people there to greet me.Also the work outs are awesome! No two work outs are exactly the same which I enjoy! Great stress reliever too. 110% recommended

I first should start by saying that I am a former athlete that played baseball and rugby... about 70 pounds ago and I was leery if my body could handle an intense workout. I first signed on with Casey a few months ago and within the first month of committing three days a week I lost 14 pounds! I really enjoyed Casey’s work out and was apprehensive about the managerial change but Since Ryan has taken over I have nothing but great things to say about total fitness kickboxing Murfreesboro. It is a very comfortable place to work out with a great attitude And great up-tempo vibe. With the multiple trainers and support staff the workouts are ever-changing and they consistently give 100% and a full body workout. The facilities are up to date and very clean an whether there is one person in the class or 25 you always feel like the workout is built for you. Plus I get to hit stuff, and everyone loves to punch a bag after a long day at work. Total fitness kickboxing murfreesboro is worth every penny.

The staff is so supportive. I am a newbie and Ryan showed me the ropes, Will helped me with form and even though the workout causes me to sweat like crazy, its amazing. I dont feel ashamed because im learning, or I may be a but slower than the beast burning out hard next to me, I feel confident in my training. The facility is super clean. I highly recommend TFK! So the first week I came here was fun, Joe was very welcoming and energetic. When I signed up I did not see or hear of Joe since. Instead we had Casey. Very calm, quiet, everyone to themselves kind of vibe. I did not enjoy this version of kickboxing so much. It really went south when I brought in friends and Casey was less than welcoming. He was rude, pushy and even snatched the schedule out of my friends hands when she asked to hold on to it and come back with a decision later, to which he responded no. I know that he KNEW he did wrong because he texted them immediately after offering up to a week or more of free classes along with an apology. An apology that was not extended to me, who felt embarrassed to have brought them in the first place. He was even rude a second time when I brought in another friend. The class itself was fun, but lack of respect and the fact that i had been going there for MONTHS and the instructors don’t know your name out of a class of 7 MAX at times. Also, the constant messages about a free class and me having to remind them that I’m already a member( happened more than 5 times). In the end, I am cancelling my membership, I do not feel comfortable coming here anymore. Especially after walking in a few days ago to ask about cancellation only to be told “sorry you couldn’t handle it” with a follow up “I mean life happens it’s okay.” I’m sure the guy I spoke to had no idea what I’d been through already but that certainly did not make me want to stay more. Which is sad because I wish I had had the same fun experience that everyone else in the comments seem to have gotten.

I joined about a month ago and love going here! The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The instructors are incredibly fun and encouraging as well as engaging, and the workout is phenomenal. Thanks Joe and Casey for getting me excited about exercise again :)
