HOTWORX Wheaton has been a God send. After a series of traumatic injuries I was stuck looking for fitness options that would not only allow me to push myself but also rehabilitate and strength my injuries.This is just that. The sessions are private, intimate, hard, but worthwhile. Beyond the physical benefits, the price is reasonable compared to other yoga, Pilates, general pop gym options. The 24 hour access is great for early risers or night owls. The gym is clean, people are friendly. And Katy, the manager is an absolute rockstar. She’s truly an evangelist for the benefits infrared can provide and that is apparent in her willingness to allow people to try it for free! Two of my guests are now members.Stop in and try it for yourself. Even if you can only stand to sit, the heat is something we can all use even if in a static state.
