FITLAB Fitness Club Hudson

Great gym with all the amenities I could find anywhere else and then some!Awesome staff who are more than happy to help you with advice when needed! Also the 24 hour thing is a huge plus. 10/10

Best gym in the area to lift. Has the machines, weights, and racks that you want. Talked to James and he he laid everything out clearly. Worked with Kyle the Personal Trainer and he increased my deadlifts nearly 100 pounds - I would strongly recommend.

All I have to say about this location is Amazing customer service. Some of the nicest, friendly, genuine people that work here. I had a major problem on a Sunday, which means the gym is only open for 24 hr access and no staff. I texted Eric, and responded immediately and worked with me until the issue was resolved. This is a great gym in a great community.

I had problems, but FitLab took care of me.I've seen reviews on this gym referencing some shady or even impolite dealings with the management team there. I experienced the same thing myself and was very disappointed, so I went down to try to get out of my commitment with them.That was when I met James, the new Manager. He was SUPER helpful. He was courteous and attentive as he listened to my concerns. He told me this was not the first time he had heard of an issue like mine, and was anxious to have the opportunity to help. He got on the phone with the owners immediately (while I was standing there) and solved my problems for me. Got me out of my overly expensive contract and offered to let me stay a member for a one-time (very reasonable) fee, for 15 months.I feel that the true measure of a company is shown by how they handle you when things go wrong. I had gone down there angry, frustrated and ready to leave, and due to James's hard work and kind nature, I am happy to still be a member at FitLab. They are close to my home, their equipment is top notch, and the gym is clean and full of friendly people. I did not want to go and find a new gym, and thanks to James, now I don't have to.

The new manager James just helped me out of a tough situation I was in on PT contracts and memberships that I signed up for with the previous manager. He was very professional and understanding of my situation and was able to work with me to come to a resolution. James is a great guy and would highly recommend FitLab Hudson to anyone, as you'll be in good hands with him.

Highly recommend FitLab Hudson! The manager James has made some great improvements to the gym and always makes sure his members are happy.

Great, isolated gym with relaxed and kind employees. All the workers are pretty cool and I’ve had a couple great convos with James. definitely recommend

Just tried out the fit lab in Hudson! The environment was amazing, from the friendly manager to the cleanliness of the gym. I definitely will be back and look forward to my fitness journey at Fit Lab!

These fitlab clubs are seriously 10/10. The GM and managers of these clubs are so welcoming and friendly! Great workout environment and I suggest to everyone to come and get a membership here!
