Just tried out the fit lab in Hudson! The environment was amazing, from the friendly manager to the cleanliness of the gym. I definitely will be back and look forward to my fitness journey at Fit Lab!

These fitlab clubs are seriously 10/10. The GM and managers of these clubs are so welcoming and friendly! Great workout environment and I suggest to everyone to come and get a membership here!

A very clean gym and overall great fitness experience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. The new manager James has been extremely helpful and I’ve seen major improvements since the change in management

James is great and the gym is beyond clean and welcoming. If you’re a beginning lifter or have experience this is a great place to come and continue to learn and get better. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Absolutely recommend.

James, the manager, is very welcoming and professional.The gym has everything we need from cardiac equipment, several nautilus machines to free weights. There's ample space and the gym is kept very clean.I'm glad we joined!

This gym has so much to offer for all types of clients. I took advantage of the free training and quickly found myself a loyal client! I highly recommend the personal training sessions if you want results…Kelly is the absolute best! All the staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful while the new manager James has added some great additions to an already wonderful selection of equipment!

One of the cleanest gyms around with some of the friendliest people! It has the BEST down light at the benches compared to its other locations, Although it's the smallest of all the FITLABs it will everything you need to put in a solid workout.
