Tara is one of the most professional managers around. This gym may be tiny, but it has everything you need and the people here are nice, and not to mention super strong. One guy always wears firefighter shirts and he’s a great guy always willing to help. My personal hero really. Will never stop coming here!

Awesome gym for all levels of lifting and fitness. I’m a powerlifter and get a lot out of this gym. Always clean, awesome staff and the manager Tara takes great care of the gym. Best gym around if you’re in south Nashua area, coming from someone who has lifted at almost every gym in New England. Highly suggest checking it out.

A desk staff that looks and speaks as if the club is their personal club. Pretty aweful experience and my tour of the very small facility showed signs at many work out machines saying that the machine was broken but scheduled for repair.
