Easily 5+ star rating ! Been going here since my highschool days - 9 years later here I am still. Staff works their hardest to keep this place as pristine as it is and the new Manager - James Saunders with his customer service is top notch. This is by far my favorite gym in the area. The staff, equipment and environment are high quality. The manager James is doing a great job improving the gym and provides excellent customer service.

They didn't abide by the lifetime contract I had.They tore it up and there was nothing I could do about it. Then they started charging me way too much money per month for a gym that is too small for the price. Many other gyms in the surrounding area are cheaper and bigger and better.Also the female manager has an attitude problem. She seems nice at first but when she is faced with questions or any adversity is when her true colors come out.I'm very happy I had trouble with them because I didn't realize there are much better gyms for lower cost in the surrounding area.-I left this gym over a year ago. I don't like to write reviews immediately because emotion often gets in the way. This review is based on a clear mind after time has passed.

Joined Fitlab at the beginning of the summer not really knowing what I should do to workout, but the Fitlab community is very welcoming and got me coming to the gym most days out of the week. I have seen a lot of progress thanks to the great community in the gym and recommend others to start their fitness journey.

Unscrupulous and shady at best. Signed up specifically since they advertise being a 24/7 club. This is not the case. Even though I signed up for a “premium membership” online apparently they aren’t 24/7. And it’s an additional 70 bucks on top of the premium subscription. Their site and google map hours say otherwise and don’t clearly list this anywhere. Probably going to have to see if it’s cheaper to cut my loses at this point and find another gym or get shook down for another 70 bucks if i want to use the gym.

Amazing place to workout. By far the best gym I’ve been apart of. Super clean facility. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tara the manager makes the place amazing. You can tell when people take pride in their work, and this place does that!!!
