My son trained with Coach Aaron for several months and really enjoyed it. Aaron is great with teen athletes. We used this training as a supplement to weight-room based workouts. It was more sport specific training and has helped our son gain strength, speed and stamina. Can't wait to see the results on the field.

My 13 year old son has been training with Aaron for the past 6 months. During this time, his overall fitness level has improved and most importantly he is learning how to work out safely and developing postive habits. After being at larger gyms and training programs, we like the smaller class size which has allowed for more specialized training to help prepare him for sports season.

I was referred to Aaron through a friend/neighbor. She and I are both over 50 and have struggled with some physical issues, and she found that training with Aaron was super helpful to her. She thought maybe he could help me. I was skeptical, because I have severe arthritis in my hands and feet, and weight training has always made that worse. Aaron has been able to work around my physical limitations, and I am now much stronger. My balance has also improved, which is important to me as an avid hiker. I know that some of the hikes I have been on recently I would not have been able to complete without my training from Aaron.

I am 63, and had taken a COVID hiatus from the gym. I needed to find a trainer to restart my workouts. Arron is very experienced in working with people in my age range, which is very reassuring. He meets you where you are in your fitness journey and encourages you to get stronger and healthier. The gym has a great atmosphere. The clientele is very friendly and supportive of one another. It was a seamless entry and I am so grateful to have found this gym. I look forward to working out!

Aaron has been a great trainer for my son over the last 2 months. He was easy to communicate with answering any and all questions to help with his overall athletic performance. He provided a well thought out workout that was specific to my son. If you are looking for your athlete to grow with strength and agility Aaron is your guy!

Starting with Aaron my goals were to become more fit, have better balance and to lose weight. Currently I’ve lost 40 lbs. and 251/2 inches lost. I went from a size 18-20 to a size 12-14. I now have better balance, a much stronger core and a whole lot more confidence in how I look! The key for me when working with Aaron is he pushes me just enough that I want to continue trying just a bit more. I’m in my late 60’s so if I can do it so can you! Doesn’t matter your age or even your health it will benefit many times over. He’s such a pro.
