I have tried a few different programs/gyms over the years, but Aaron at Premier Performance Training has been the most rewarding. I’m only three weeks into my training and I’m noticing both increased strength and muscle definition. And I have no fear of injury, since he makes sure my form is correct and lets me know which muscles I should feel being worked at each station.Aaron is very encouraging during workouts...you truly know he is proud of you and your achievements! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient (especially when I have to ask several times “how many reps did you say?”).I have finally found the trainer to keep me motivated and excited about workouts!

I called Aaron this summer after I saw his videos & experience working with middle schoolers & teaching them proper techniques. Everything I had hoped when I first talked with him seems to be happening for my son, and I couldn't be happier! He's getting so much stronger, and his coordination and athleticism is on an upward trajectory too. I've seen him doing things on the basketball court he couldn't do before. Even bigger, his mental confidence is increasing by leaps and bounds. Most importantly he LOVES going to workout with Aaron. I found out about Aaron and the gym through a friend and social media. I decided to give it a try and never turned back. I’m only a month in but I can confidently say that I will continue to train with Aaron until I go to college. He is very personal and will help you improve your strength and explosiveness leaps and bounds. I’ve never had a trainer improve my form as much as Aaron has. He is extremely nice and easy to get along with. Every day I get to the gym and it is made fun. I struggled to stay motivated to go to the gym but with Aaron I want to go as much as possible. I can confidently say every day I’m improving and at the same time having a ton of fun and laughing a lot. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical health or just share some good laughs.

We signed our 14 year old up with Aaron several months ago to work on his strength and athleticism. Let me tell you that we can tell a big difference in his strength on and off the baseball field. Our son says he feels faster and is able to compete more competitively against his teammates during practice. We are looking forward to seeing the results during the upcoming baseball season. Our son also loves going to Aaron’s. If any of his other commitments are cancelled he always asks to work out with Aaron.
