I know Mike since the day he opened AM fitness, due to distance ive tried other bootcamps, but nothing can replace Mike's training and enthusiasm for his career and helping people out. He is very knowledgable and shares his knowledge with his trainees.Absolutely recommend this place. It's such a shame for sick individuals to give one stra to this establishment without giving any reason. I'm a woman and i have never ever been disrespected by the owner or any of the staff. Keep it up buddy.

Great Gym , glad I made the switch to here from planet fitness . Better crowd , great choice of equipment , fair pricing , good staff . I’d definitely recommend PSW if you’re in this area .

One of, if not the finest fitness facilities in the area. Both a knowledgeable staff and wonderfully maintained. Simply a pleasure to have this available to the public. Quality like this you'd expect to find in a private country club. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Awesome local family owned gym. If you are fed up with the monotony of all these commercial gyms nearby, this is definitely the environment for you.The equipment in PSW is unreal. Nearly every week or so they add another major piece, they're always looking for new ways to expand to create the most space and are constantly looking to improve the facility.Forgot your headphones? No problem! The music is always BUMPIN and motivating.Warmer days are coming and they have a nice garage door that gets opened frequently which just a cherry on top for any gym in my opinion.Bodybuilder, powerlifter, Olympic lifter, average gym goer just looking to keep in shape? This is the spot for you!!!!!!

Took a tour, seems like a nice gym and not too crowded but also intimidating for someone who doesn’t know many machines or how to use things. It would be nice if they offered a few free intro sessions to introduce you to the equipment and show you how to use it.

Great gym that has everything you need. Super clean, has snacks and new equipment and the staff is out of this world. If you are looking for a gym you really need to check this place out, you won't regret it.

PSW is a great gym with supportive staff who can help guide you through any fitness journey. Their trainers are supportive and it feels like a family when you go there. Definitely would recommend!!!

PSW is hands down THE BEST GYM AROUND! The owners genuinely care about each and every patron that walks through their doors. They always look out for the better interests of their customers and are always willing to help. The equipment is TOP NOTCH. Literally! unlike ANY other gym in the state! There are literally unlimited options to choose from! They truly care about making a difference in someone’s life and the body transformations are incredible. There’s zero judgement and you ALWAYS feel comfortable. There’s no EGO maniacs lol I would absolutely with out a doubt always and FOREVER recommend Plainville Strength & Wellness!!!! Keep up the incredible work guys!!!

My family and I are new to Plainville and we’re interested in signing up for a gym membership. My wife and I went into there establishment to look at the equipment and inquire about membership prices. The first employee we came across was extremely rude and answered our questions with 1 word answers. Then the Boss or owner must have been having a bad day because he was worse than his employee. Again he seemed too busy to greet potential members. He dismissed us as if he didn’t care and walked away yelling at someone on his phone. The employee laughed and walked away. The boss/owner wasn’t professional and neither was his employee. I will never step foot in there again. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE!!!

Incredible experience coming. Mike was em coming. Excellent family atmosphere geared toward progression. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean top of the line equipment. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to find a family gym.
