This is the best gym around! Beautiful equipment and a wonderful workout atmosphere! Machine are always clean and tidy and you can always find what your looking for! This place beats any other gym in the area!

The staff is AMAZING AND EDUCATED. They are knowledgeable about calisthenic workouts, and how to safely and properly. I’ve been a client of the owner (Mike Harland) for a few years now and I eagerly joined his new Gym (Plainville Strength and Wellness). The cleanliness is above and beyond especially during this pandemic that we are in. You always see a staff member going around cleaning machines and equipment. Speaking of machines, there are machines that no other gyms have, there are Platforms for powerlifters and a zero gravity treadmill! I’ve know that I loved being a member here but it didn’t touch my heart till tonight. I’ve recently gone temporarily blind in my right eye and during my Performance training with owners and coach Harland, he literally put my hand on the bar or my hand on the weights because I was unable to locate these things on my own. The other coaches and staff members genuinely care about my well-being and vision. Never expected this type of help or service but at the same time being a member of Plainville Strength and Wellness I shouldn’t be surprised.

Big gym very nice inside. Wide selection of equipment for all work our needs! The facility continues to grow and add new equipment/programs!Owner came and showed me proper way to use equipment, when I was doing it incorrect.Owners care about the community and hold food donations regularly.

Great experience, very profesional stuff, clean and safe enviroment! I love this gym and would recommend it to everyone! So many machines that no other gym has! If your looking for a friendly, judgement free gym to go too this is the place!!!

The best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in different three states. The management is incredibly friendly and personable. I love how they constantly ask their members “What can we do to make this place better for YOU?”. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The equipment is constantly up to date. I don’t ever want to go to another gym besides this one

Best gym around. The gym has everything! They have so much equipment that the others don't have. The place is super clean. The staff is amazingly helpful. The have food and drinks and snacks available. It's the place to be if you are even a little interested in working out and losing weight or staying in shape.

Easily the best equipment of any gym that I’ve been to in over 20 years exercising. The owners are polite and knowledgeable and encourage those traits in all of their employees. They also will not hesitate to remove members who did not show up to work out and are always fair and unbiased in any situation. Great and safe environment to exercise for everyone.

I have been in and out of so many gyms in my lifetime. This is by far the best gym I have ever walked into. From their equipment, knowledge, and overall helpful staff. Honestly have never been more motivated to work out. Also if you have any questions about the equipment the staff is so helpful and shows you exactly how to use it! I highly recommend.

PSW is by far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The facility is incredible with a huge range of equipment. The staff are absolutely incredible and I have never been to a gym with such genuine, welcoming, kind staff. The staff takes time to get to know the members and treat them like friends and family. We have become such a close knit group, which is always expanding, and it makes me excited to come to the gym every day. Not only is the equipment great, but the atmosphere is genuine and nothing like I’ve seen anywhere else. Everyone is supportive, especially the owner, Mike. He truly cares about the business, his employees, and his members. Overall, amazing facility and absolutely worth joining!
