The staff here is very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. If you need to use any equipment from the desk, prepare to interrupt from texting on their phones. There is one, plus sized woman with dark hair and glasses that is the rudest of them all.Awful customer service. I would recommend the Newington location if you don’t mind the short drive from New Britain.

It's a good place to work out in with their varieties of weights and machines and the staff are wonderful. The only problem to me about this place are some peoples. I noticed there are several people whom just look on or look away when I say "Hi", "Hello" or "Good morning" to them, no matter how I intonate it, if I say it loud, smile, with a professional tone, etc. every day it repeats itself. I personally find that utterly rude, but I wonder how it is perceived on the other side of the story. At the same time, there are other people who greet back, as one would expect in standard good manners. I don't know of any possible conflict between me and the non-greeters, but I wonder what causes this kind of attitude. I don't want to educate anyone, but am just curious as to why some people disregard good manners.

This is a newer club. It’s larger than most and the equipment is laid out well. The team does not know how to turn on closed caption on the TVs which is my only complaint.

The gym is like every other pf, not bad. But the tanning beds DO NOT WORK, I tan extremely easy and don’t get any color from them like they haven’t changed the bulbs in years.

Employees are frendly and quick to help, the location is big, but the plaza it's located in is pretty sketchy but the gym is good.

Great PF location, gym is very clean and the staff is friendly. But most of all, the massage chairs are awesome!!!

I just started a week ago. Its never really busy so there is always equipment available. I enjoy it so far.
