Absolutely love the Planet Fitness in New Britain, CT. I've never been to a cleaner gym. It's spacious, has every machine you need, and the staff are always super friendly. The bathrooms always look immaculate!

Very incompetent! I asked them to cancel my membership months ago! They're still charging me and anytime you call They never answer the phones or call you back !!

had a wonderful experience at the new britain location today.IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! after my workout i had a relaxing massage on in the chair. i will return. terry and carlos made this experience great!

I love that for only $10/month, Planet Fitness offers a personal trainer for no additional cost and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I been coming here for the past week. I actually like it here alot! One of the staff name Carlos was nice enough to give me a free water since i only had cash and they don’t accept cash! That was a plus! thank you carlos! We need more employees like you!
