If you’re looking to get in shape or for an amazing workout then ILKB is the place to be! This place has become a second home to me! The members and coaches radiate such good energy the moment you walk through those doors. The hour on the mat flies by and you end up leaving feeling the best version of yourself. This place not only gives you the best workout but a place to begin your journey to a new and better you!

I highly recommend ILKB North Haven. I've been coming here for almost 4 years now and can't say enough about this workout, including the staff. They are constantly switching up the workouts so you never get bored. They make it fun while burning 500-700 in one hour. The members and staff are so encouraging to one another. It is not like any other gym I've been to. If you haven't tried this workout, it's a must. You will not regret it!

ILKB North Haven is hands down the best! The coaches are all amazing and every workout is so much fun! There is ZERO judgement and the coaches are always there to help you get the best workout. The members are equally as amazing! When you get on the mat, know that you are always going to have the BEST hour of your day!

I love ILKB North Haven! It’s such an amazing and fun workout. The coaches and members are so nice, encouraging, and always make me feel welcome. There are fun theme nights every month and contests to get you motivated.
