From the moment I stepped onto the mat I knew I made the best decision for myself. The people here are amazing! The instructors are so helpful and encouraging and just so much fun! They care about us! They make working out a blast and they push you to go one step further and challenge yourself! The owners are incredible and very helpful! Let me not forget about my fellow bag mates, they truly motivate you and are just some fantastic people! I never liked working out and now I absolutely love it! Where to begin? Walked into the iLoveKickboxing - North Haven studio completely out of shape, discouraged and at my wits end. I was quickly greeted by a friendly staff who were full of encouraging words to get me motivated (and put a smile on my face) I began my trial class and needless to say, the instructors tenacity matched their kindness. The workout was nothing short of amazing. It was challenging but fun. My instructor, Kara was upbeat and worked us hard while also motivating us. She was an absolute pleasure to work with as are all the instructors at this location. The facility is exceptionally clean and organized - can't say enough good things about iLoveKickboxing - North Haven! I will be a loyal client for years to come! If you are considering this place, don't hesitate any further, give it a try - you will be happy you did!

Best workout experience hands down!! The gym is clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal! The coaches are friendly, supportive, uplifting and knowledgeable. Wether you’re new to working out or a seasoned veteran, you will absolutely love seeing your body and mind changing! You work at your own pace and skill level with the coaches on the mat with you motivating and guiding you through the entire class. This is definitely life changing and I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

ILKB North Haven is amazing! The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful on and off the mat. They push each and everyone of us beyond our limits. Once you sign up you won’t want to miss a class. It’s the best workout!

ILKB North Haven has the best atmosphere for working out. Not only are the members amazing, but the coaches are the most genuine people! Kristen, Kelli, Bri, Kara, Katrina, and Donna are honestly the most amazing coaches ever, working hard to make sure to keep every member motivated and comfortable!

ILKB North Haven is an awesome community!! Everyone who works there is amazing and supportive and very knowledgeable. Kristen, Kelli, Kara, Bri, Katrina and Donna are amazing and have been amazing coaches since I started here !! I absolutely love this place and fell in love with kickboxing because of the energy this studio it has !! They are always positive and are willing to help at any moment !! 💗💪🏻💪🏻 I recommend anyone to try it they will not be disappointed!!

The staff of ILKB North Haven are amazingly supportive and a refreshing change to the fitness world. The members are encouraging and welcoming. They are a #goodvibetribe that teach an amazing workout without it feeling like a task. Today was my first class and I can’t wait to come back. I left feeling stress free and full of energy. I’m officially obsessed.

I knew I would love this gym when I first saw on Facebook they would be opening in early 2019. After I took my first class; I was hooked. The gym manager, Kristen, is incredible. She is super hands on and has the most vibrant personality. All of the instructors are so friendly and have such high energy, it makes you want to be in their studio, on the mat, knocking those bags everyday. I know I do!

Just recently signed up for ILKB - North Haven and I LOVE it. It is completely worth it and I can now understand that "runners high" everyone talks about. I've only been to three classes but I already fell in love with the classes and all of the coaches as well! They are all so friendly and nice and just want the best for all the students! They spread positive energy throughout the whole class, truly a great kick boxing gym!
